I needed some small repairs to my Ford Fusion, and took it to SM Ford. They are so polite and efficient. I got my car back in an hour on a busy Saturday... with everything fixed. It's always a pleasure to take my car there. And, they have coupons from time to time, which are always appreciated.
I just purchased my first truck (2020 Ranger) and my first Ford at Santa Monica Ford. I cannot stress enough how easy they made the entire process. I... lease a car every three years so I am familiar with Mercedes, BMW, Lexus, but Santa Monica Ford was by far the easiest process I have ever been through. Upon my arrival, Benny, the supervisor, was attentive and immediately made sure I was taken care of. Vernon, my sales guy, gave me a thorough overview of the truck and I felt I really knew the ins and outs before we went on the test drive. His communication was great throughout the entire process and it made my decision that much easier. Simon, the finance guy, was fast, efficient, and above all, amazingly professional! He really took all the stress out of the financial end of things and made it a real pleasure. As a woman, I have had plenty of experiences of being talked down to, dismissed, and lied to, but Santa Monica Ford was the epitome of professionalism. I cannot thank them enough for the way everything was handled and I cannot recommend this dealership enough! Thank you!
Ask for Howard Askenase. He knows what he?s doing and doesn?t mess around. He helped me assess my needs (I really didn?t know for sure what I wanted, a... new Aviator SUV, a Continental sedan, or Mustang convertible) and figure out the best deal I could possibly get among those three very different options. He went out of his way to make sure I was able to test drive each vehicle, and allowed me the time and attention I needed to think it over. In the end, I leased a gorgeous black Continental, and Howard found all the incentives available to make it the best possible terms.

EXCELLENT, HOWEVER WE HAVE A DEFECTIVE VISOR ON THE PASSENGER SIDE. IT IS BROKEN. QUALITY CONTROL ISSUE... GREASY FINGER PRINTS AROUND THE DOORS AND PASSENGER... SEAT...

STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER - UNETHICAL To sum up: -implied I am "making things hard" by wanting to read the lengthy documents they asked me to sign -unprepared... (had to return 3 times to finalize paperwork) -no-showed me for set appointments -condescending and rude -overcharged me $450 and said I was "being difficult" by wanting them to amend my paperwork to reflect the correct amount .....I could go on and on. Long story short, they were horrible. AVOID!
