Bianco Motors made buying a used car very easy from start to finish. Ed, the General Manager, was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. He gave me a fair price and answered any questions that arose. I wound up going with a 2012 Ford Escape, which he made sure to completely service and clean beforehand. Even after purchase, Ed has made himself available to help out when needed. My experience at Bianco Motors, and with Ed in particular, has been exceptional and I highly recommend them to anybody looking to purchase a used car.

Great Car Buying Experience
Wanted to take a minute to thank Ed and Frank for making what was a long search for a good car at a reasonable price, an absolute pleasure. I especially want to thank Ed for his patience and professionalism as we weighed the many choices available at their dealership. In the end, they worked with us and got us a great price on a really great vehicle. The best car-buying experience
Frank, Ed, and the whole team at Bianco Auto North made the purchasing experience so easy. I purchased a 2012 Subaru Outback. The photos didn't do the car justice - it's even better in person. Bianco isn't the typical dealership, big and impersonal with the sole interest in making money off of the customer. Frank, Ed, and the rest of the guys (and girl) are personable and upfront throughout the entire process. Numbers were straightforward and very reasonable. I can't speak highly enough about Bianco Auto North. This was by far my most enjoyable car-buying experience (third card). Not only do they have excellent and varied inventory, but they are good people with good intentions. I would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle, and I look forward to working with them again in the future.

Great car, Great price, great service
I bought a 2010 Xterra from Ed. He made the process easy. Took lots of time to let me test drive and inspect the vehicle. It was a great price on a vehicle in much better condition than one I had driven at another dealership a week before and it was $500 less. Ed took care of the New York registration and plates, even though they are in CT. A nice touch. Ed was friendly and patient. I'll be looking for another car soon and wouldn't hesitate to go back to Ed. He's Great!

Purchased a Nice Xterra at a great price
I made an appointment to see Ed after finding the Xterra on line. He was great. We did a nice test drive and he gave me lots of time to look over the car. He took care of the NY plates and title even though they are in CT. A really nice service, with the NY DMV closed to the public. The car was in better condition and cost less than other I had looked at. I recommend these guys highly and would go back for another car!

Great Experience
Met with ED D. for a purchase of a used Subaru. Car was very clean and in nice shape and Ed was patient with me checking the car out. Car ran very well so I decided to purchase. Car needed a small part that actually turned into needing a larger part and they still honored this and performed the work. Overall great place, friendly and honest people and would buy from them again.

bad location nice people
Drove over and hour to come and see a car I found online. The salesman was very friendly and nice, the location is pretty horrible, very rough neighborhood and the shop itself is falling apart and they have no lot which was odd to me. The car I went to look at looked pristine online but in person it was filthy (I was surprised to find the glove box and floors filled with chunks of dirt) and the car itself had not only scratched and dings but major chunks of paint missing and a loose front bumper, which I was told is why it was priced lower but honestly for the condition it was in it should have been priced 2-3k lower-anyone who buys that car is going to have to have it repainted and totally overhauled inside and out-not to mention the car had trouble and hesitated when starting. The other odd thing was I personally drove the salesman to the 6th floor of a parking garage 5 minutes away to see the car, just wasn’t my idea of a good time after just driving over an hour to get there. Not sure I would make the trip again considering how sketchy the surrounding area is but very nice staff.

I didnt buy a car from them but was going to but ended up at my local dealership getting a car while waiting for service to b done on my car. Charles Valentine was the salesman at Bianco and was so attentive-responsive -and quick to return emails about the car I was interested in. He was even going to come in on a Sunday to show me the car on his day off when they were closed! It's an over 300 mile trip to get to Bianco and back home for me but with the service I received even without buying a car I will surely look to them again on my next purchase! THANKS CHARLES!

Professional and Friendly service
Was looking to buy a Subaru, which this dealership has a number of and they all look like a good value. All cars are clean and seem thoroughly checked out so that customer will be happy. Worked with Ed and am very happy with the Subaru I purchased. Ed also made sure a couple of things were taken care of, which was impressive because this office is very busy. Overall a great experience and would highly recommend to anyone.
