I sold my BMW to Bianco Auto in Stamford, CT today. Ed and Roger are a pleasure to deal with. Roger offered me a fair deal immediately and Ed walked me through the entire process like a gentleman. They even had someone drive me home (since I sold my car on the spot). They are fair, friendly, fast and professional.

Last year I spent months looking for a car at many dealerships. I came to find that the car buying experience was one of the worst things I had ever experienced. Generally, Dealerships have become awefull places that just try to rob you. This place was so different and it was really refreshing to see what a car buying experience could be. Ed initially sold me the car and he was very easy-going and friendly. pricing was very straight-forward, honest, and reasonable. He helped me find my financing options and made everything go very smoothly. There was no pressure to buy right away either. He gave me all the info, let me test drive the car and let me make the decision in my own time. I called a few days later to let them know I was taking the car. I was in and out of the dealership in about an hour. Within the first week the check engine light came on. I called the dealership and they were willing to work with me to get it fixed. Even though CT doesn't have a lemon law and they technically did not have to help me out, they understood how frustrating it could be and told me that they take care of their customers. Eventually they fixed the problem on the car (I paid about a quarter of the cost of the repairs) and it has been great ever since. I'm very grateful to the team there for making this such a great experience and for taking care of me when there was a problem. Next time I am looking for a car, they are the first ones I will call. Definitely check this place out!

Frank was very attentive and helpful, getting things set up for us right off the bat, and Ed followed up and checked in with us when we went to test drive and look at the cars. Both Frank and Ed were available, but not in your face, and they had a very nice inventory in addition to their extensive knowledge on different brands. Since I had only planned on simply looking at cars today, I was curious about one I had seen online: a burgundy Subaru Outback Wagon with AWD and EXTREMELY low mileage for its year (2001). We saw that car and another Honda that was in really nice shape as well, but I actually walked away the new proud owner of the Subaru! The value of this car was amazing for the price, and both Frank and Ed worked with my budget to get me the best deal possible. And they definitely delivered. If you are shopping for a car Bianco Auto is the best place to go. You won't feel pressured, get talked into a scam, or receive an unfair deal. They are family owned, want the best for you and your family, and it is very clear that they care about their customers and building relationships with them. Huge thank you to Frank and Ed for all of their assistance, today; it was refreshing to not feel anxious about a process that can be extremely daunting and difficult. I was looking for a good deal on a good, reliable used car when I stopped in to Bianco A/S. Ed, the sales and finance person was very nice and helped me pick out a good used car in my budget and did the financing as well at a great rate. I could not ask for more but they did when they told me that my monthly payment included a warranty to cover any breakdowns. The best part of the deal was that there was no pressure at all. I was treated like a family member. I will definitely recommend them to my family and friends.

I didn't know what to expect when I saw a Ford Explorer for sale at an extraordinary price. I called and spoke to Ed and he said he still had the car on the lot. I had never been to Stamford, CT before but it was worth the trip. When I got there the owners and Ed treated me like family. The Explorer was there at the price they listed it at. I had looked for months and they were the cheapest. It has been over a month since I made my purchase and the car rides like a dream. There was no hard sell and they treated me like a gentleman throughout the process. I have purchased many vehicles but this was the hands down best experience I ever had. Since I bought the Explorer Ed has texted me to check up on me and to make sure I'm happy. I'll tell you the same thing I told Ed, "I am very happy and I will happily do business with Bianco Auto Sales in the future, and refer them to my friends and family".
