THE WORST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD (HORRIBLE PLACE) I send a request online for a 2017 Acura TLX been sitting in their lot for almost 3 months. I got emails... from Michael (nice man) and then Rahleak got involved since he's the used car manager. We talked about numbers then end result Rahleak (used car manager) asked to come test drive the car and see if I like it. I live in Arlington, VA and drove all the way to Bethesda MD. I met the used car manager then Micheal got the car so I can see it. The car was so dirty and have dirty napkins and trash in the trunk etc,,, Even Michael (sales man) was shocked and start apologizing for that and I said no worries. In my head I said it's OK and maybe they did not detail yet. Guess what, I shocked when they said that the car is been detailed already. OK no big deal and I will get it clean well anyway. I got in and it's full of scratches and beats up badly inside and again said it's fine if I will get fair price for it. I test drive the car and the car was shaking badly when you brakes and the car has no balance and I know it needed work. I left and called next day and asked if they agree to let me take it to Acura. The used car manager wanted me to agree on number before I go take it and I said it's OK then said yes come get the car and I will arrange a tag to take the car and we had an agreement that I will bring all the papers from Acura and that whatever issues will come out, he will work something to fix then let the deal done. I arrived and he said that he have no tags and he tried to make me sign the deal before I take the car to Acura. I said no and this is not what we agreed then out of nowhere the tag show up. I drove back to VA in the evening and next day early in the morning I took it to Acura dealer and got all tests and heads back to MD next day after work as we agreed. Rahleak was off that day so I nicely was sitting with Michael (again nice sales man) to explain to him what was the issues. The car needed front and back full brakes / rotors etc,,, and 2 tires and alignment and balanced and missing original remote start key ($495 alone). How in the world you put a car on the lot with all these issues? Suddenly a man (ROY THE GENERAL SALES MANAGER) start asking while he's walking in very rude not nice way. He said what's cost of the repair. I said It need $1500 repair with key and he shouted back at me and said we are not going to doing any of that. First he did not introduce himself as GSM or say his name or say hello how can I help like any way lower end cars managers will do and not a GSM at CADILLAC and he keep say staff while he's walking. I did not pay attention to him and kept talking to Michael and he took copies of Acura tests reports then I left and Michael said we will be next day. I had the check ready and was waiting for Rahleak answer. So after 4 visits from VA TO MD and emails and talking to the used car manager and facing the very poor unprofessional rude customer service from the GSM ROY, I got a text from the used car manager saying in very cold blood (By the way the car was sold today). EXTREMELY POOR UNPROFESSIONAL MANAGEMENT AND SO VERY POOR HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Stay away from this place and go somewhere else. I ended up buying the same car/model with half the mileage and so very clean car with clean car fax for the same price that they gave me for their bad dirty shape car with damage reported and double the mileage. I bought the car from BMW dealer in MD and had an outstanding customer service from A - Z which what real high end car should always do. Again I still can't believe that this is a Cadillac dealer. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE....

The service representative Cesar is doing the best that he can with an ATS plagued with inordinate recalls. We as proud Cadillac owners looking to purchase... a SRX are now paused because of concerns about the constant recalls. They do get fixed - temporarily - eventually - probably. Cesar 's professional handling even when we are frustrated is what keeps us loyal Coleman customers.

From the initial phone call to the last little detail. Jim Coleman Cadillac is in a class by itself. The staff is extremely prompt, courteous, thorough,... patient, understanding, accommodating, and knowledgeable. They always seem to go above and beyond. I've tried to work with other dealerships and none come close to this one...even when purchasing remotely.

i have been looking at buying a used SUV for a while and decided to go look at one here at jim Coleman and the sales person was so pushy and telling me... I have to buy the car today. I was trying to get information on how much extra warranty would cost and they said if I buy today they can use a coupon but if I leave no discount. I will not be pressured into buying a car from a Cadillac or any other dealer. I left and will never go back or recommend this dealership to anyone. I went to several other dealers and the experience was so much better. There was no pressure and telling me what I have to do. I will buy from someone who doesn’t pressure their customers

Marty did a great job. He was very professional and made sure the work got done. Cadillac dealership next to Toyota dealership is not enhancing Cadillac... brand, especially, since it's all owned by the same company; tacky.

I brought my SUV to the dealership because the check engine light came on. After dealing with warranty issues, they were able to fix the issues that were... covered under my warranty. The overall experience was a good one.
