    Great sales staff, although pushed the prepaid service program a bit hard, which I did not think was that great of a program. Didn't appreciate that. Got a fantastic car and an excellent price. Very professional staff. Service facility is going through renovations, so not great right now, but should be very nice when done (soon). Previous experience in service was a little lacking in terms of customer experience (3 employees standing around chatting while customers are standing there waiting to be helped). However, my most recent visit restored my faith. Received outstanding service from Taylor. All in all, a great location, fantastic cars, excellent pricing. Overall, no regrets and I would shop there again.

    Great service. Mary was very helpful. The wailing room was stocked with snacks. A great Pete's coffee machine. I notified the technician that my Subaru had a slight delay in response when going from reverse to drive. He checked the system and said that it was out of specification and made the necessary adjustment. The responses is much better now. Thanks.

    Went in for airbag service plus steering issue. Steering issue resolved. Hopefully I'll never test the airbag. Great customer service and attention. Shuttles to and from were very helpful. I have 2 other Subaru dealers closer to home but I chose this one based on feedback.

    Your service department took care of the Takata recall very well, quick service. Full credit to your Service Advisor, Taylor Gaddis- A suggestion: use your own vehicles as "loaners", a chance for a test drive might encourage upgrades. (The Jeep rental reminded me how happy I am with my choice of Subaru) I hope the building re-construction finishes soon. thank you, Fred Gerbracht

    Sales Associate was excellent. She met us when we got out of our car in a very friendly, open, manner; not a "pushy" sales approach. She inquired to learn what we were looking for and at our request showed us some previously owned vehicles which were well matched with our interests. In response to our questions about other features which might be available she took us to a new car which had all of the features we had mentioned. She very responsively answered our questions in terms of features, options, costs and shared some of her own ideas. We made a purchase of a new vehicle before we left the sales area. We were very pleased with the way we were treated. The dealership is in the middle of a remodel and as a result they have a major parking problem for customer and dealershlp vehicles. We appreciated our Sales Associates offer to drive our vehicle (and also the vehicle we were considering) out of the parking area for us. Parking is a mess, but they are obviously trying to minimize its impact. It should be completed in a few months. Our Sales Associate took us to see dealershlip facilities that had be remodeled (very nice), introduced us to staff in their maintenace area and has been great with our follow up questions.

    I searched out Daiblo Subaru dealership because my local Subaru dealership has had 3 different service managers in less than 2 years and that was concerning to me. I am looking for more than just service for my Subaru, I'm looking for long term great service. I read many reviews of several different Subaru dealerships in California (plus called a few and received horrible phone experience) before I decided to go with Diablo Subaru. My Impreza may need a short short block replacement (recall issue) and I want to make sure it will be done right, so I decided to go out of my way and have Diablo Subaru perform an oil consumption test on my Impreza. I dig my Impreza and hope to pass it along to my my boys. So here goes my review...... Taylor in service was great! Everyone I encountered was friendly. Due to the construction/remodel taking place, I could not give it a 5 star. It was a little bit conjested, but neat and clean. I'm sure once it is complete it will meet 5 star criteria and then some. I will be returning in 2 weeks to follow up with my oil consumption test on my Impreza and will give another review if that visit. Great first impression!
