    Just Bought a Mercedes from Jim coleman . I had to travel from Plattsburgh NY. But the salesman Kirk Saraydaroglu made it very easy for us. Love the car.... As good as was promised. Buying experience was excellent. Other manager also made the process very easy and quick. will recommend this dealership

    Both my wife and I enjoyed the whole car buying process at Jim Coleman infiniti. I originally exchanged emails with Kirk Saraydaroglu. He was very nice... and patient to explain and answer all of my questions. We finally went to the dealer over the weekend and got the car. No pressure whatsoever! It went exactly the way we expected. Fred the finance person was very nice, also. Promised them to go back when I buy my infinity... Highly recommend!

    I recently was in shopping for a new car. I found the experience satisfying and very unlike other car buying experiences in that it was so positive. I... met with both the General Manager and Amhad. They were polite, professional and made the process a pleasant one. I will not hesitate to buy from this dealership again!

    After visiting many other dealerships in the area, I found Jim Coleman Infiniti in Bethesda to be an excellent place to buy a car. Ahmad was extremely... informative of the model I had chosen and was open about the car, history etc. The purchase of the vehicle was a very smooth transaction, I couldn't have been happier! Also, there was a hurdle in the delivery of the vehicle as I am about an hour from the dealership. Ahmad and another co-worker volunteered to follow me home with the purchased vehicle and an additional car so I wouldn't have to drive back to Bethesda! Ahmad went above and beyond to make my purchase exceptional! Thank you!!!

    Worst service I ever had. They took my car for a fix but never called me back. When I reached out to them, they promised to let me know when my car should... be ready. Never happened. When I DROVE to them the next day, they apologized, promised to return my car in a week. It took them more than three weeks to fix it finally and during this time again they wouldn't answer my phone calls or wouldn't return me calls. NOT RECOMMENDED

    Hi there , I just want highlight the way my visit was handled , first I drove a renter car from my residence to your dealership , I was greater by one... of your sale person ,I was waiting for almost 15 m , he came over and I told him that I was interested in 2008 fx 35 , and I don't have any money to put down , hey here , (you gotta see his face ) he just dropped , he said fill this application and go home ,I'll call you when my manager get to review it , I said no problem since than I didn't hear from him, I called day later and I tried to remind him of my visit , it's was along silence after that he replied oh yes ABDOU ,let call you in a few , he never did I called the dealer, this young lady answered the phone and I told her that I wanna speak to xx ,she asked for my name and put me on hold she came back in a hint ,and told me he is busy , you wanna leave him a message ? I said ok ? Just tell him that I have 7000$ to put down for the car that I want ok ? She ok i let him know , believe it or not this xx called me back exactly in 37 seconds , I said I knew it ,I didn't pick up the phone , he called again and again whoop leaving messages apologizing to me for the inconvenience , it's right there your actions speak for its self , that the you treat people , or maybe am not the kind he is looking for , please, the only reason I need the car cause am father I have kids to drop off and pick up from school , I waisted a lot time for no reason , if your Customer service is based on color or who you are , I do have something that worth more than money or color : dignity and pride that the only thing I came with to this country , and I will die with it , thank for your time was a great pleasure knowing where I was standing before making any mistakes , and I believe mrJIM COLMAN standards don't tolerate this kind of behavior , and believe me I will get to one way or another , because these things need to stop , and I will :::)
