    Most people like me who read reviews really want to know about the dealership. Here goes: from initial phone greeting to final handshake the buying experience... was nothing short of seamless. I was looking for a 50th anniversary Subaru to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary which they had just got in. Vince took the lead and got the car inspected and detailed on the weekend no less. He then hooked me up with Jose who had the car in front of the dealership gassed and ready for a test ride. Bienvenu fielded the business and financial end and Jose finish the process. He even stayed late on Saturday night after the dealership had closed. Jim Coleman can be proud of his staff, he even sent a thank you card for being a valued customer. Thanks for all you did!     When my wife and I bought our new RAV4 hybrid from Jim Coleman in April we had a discussion with staff that led us to believe that if the APR changed... before our first payment we could revise our finance agreement as detailed in the unfavorable review below. It turns out that no such program exists. When we complained about what we perceived as misinformation, Patrick Coleman intervened and provided an extremely fair solution. This was the second vehicle we have purchased from this dealership. It is now likely that down the road about 200,000 miles or so we will purchase a third. We have revised our rating up in accordance with this. On April 21st, 2020 we bought a new RAV4 Hybrid XLE from Jim Coleman Toyota in Bethesda, MD. This is the second new vehicle we have purchased from them in 8 years. At the signing of our purchasing documents we were explicitly told to pay attention to the monthly changes in the APR financing opportunities offered by Toyota Financial because if the rates became more favorable before our first payment came due on July 20th, 2020, that we could readjust our rates, but that this option would cease upon our first payment. Apparently this was an outright lie. We are now told that the rate became irrevocably fixed as soon as the sale was final. We find this behavior unconscionable. The Sales management has characterized it as a miscommunication. That, too, is a lie. The instructions to pay attention to rate changes were clear and detailed, with absolutely no warning that it was futile to do so, but with a clear assertion that we could take advantage of the rate change. We are not in the habit of making audio recordings of important transactions because, like most Americans, we operate on the assumption the established small businesses deal honorably with the public. It appears we are somewhat naive.

    Arvin was a very patient and attentive salesman. He responded to all my questions regarding the operation of the Prius I was purchasing. He allowed us... an extended period to test drive a Prius which significantly helped us decide on the car. Arvin and his manager searched for the car I wanted. After purchase, Arvin personally delivered the car since I could not go to the dealer. He clearly reviewed the required paperwork and then set up and ensured my understanding of the car settings. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and professional—of special note was Arvin’s manager and the finance person we worked with.

    Roberto was fantastic and extemely patient. My husband and I came to test drive the Camry. I was thinking perhaps an SUV so we drove the Highlander which... my husband thought was too big.
