Terrible service repairs not done correctly
Do not go there for anything should be reported to ram for poor performance repair air ride 700.00 dollars had problems 9 months later did not call when truck done rude service

Been using Mason City Ford/Lincoln since 2002. I have always had great service and great help with all personal I have had contact with. This is my second Lincoln and one Jeep with this dealership. Like the Service.
Used vehicle purchase
We drove 2.5 hours to purchase a used Escalade. Everything was very transparent through the purchase process. Until we returned home. There was a drivers side door handle replaced by Mason. After returning home (2.5 hrs away) I discovered that Mason did not tighten up the door handle they replaced. I had to pay someone to remove the door panel and correct the problem Mason created. Mason also replaced Canister Perge Valve located in the rear of the vehicle. Apparently the wire was broken somewhere between the engine compartment and the new valve. Instead of finding where it was broke, Mason ran a new wire and didn't bother to secure the wire. It was rubbing on the converter, the front drive shaft and various other moving parts. This wire would not have lasted very long. I again had to pay someone to correct Mson's sloppy work. Doesn't appear to be a dealership that is looking out for their customers.

Overall, I am not happy with the honesty I have received about the vehicle I have bought. Since having my new car, I?ve had to fix problems the dealership should have informed me about.
