Good pleasant experience, salesman name was Noah good guy to deal with ,Vicki ,internet sales manager was great to deal with ,only issue was the finance guy who was nice at first, but when I said I was not getting any extra warranty with my purchase, he hurried up and got me out of there almost closed the door on me he is lucky I'm not like I used to be.

Normal dishonest sales process
The truck was a good deal but they had transparent crappy sales tactics like saying they were only making $5 on the deal, had another staff member come by that was glad that I came to buy truck because they've had "so many calls". Car salesmen have lots of work to seem truthful, this company failed. Also said I'd have a full tank of gas, but did not happen. Glad to be done with car salesmen for a while.

The engine light came on and when we took it to Courtesy they found a hose was damaged and took care of it immediately.
