    It is Saturday I left Martin Chevrolet because they needed to keep my truck until the following monday , I asked them why they couldn’t tell me this when... I made the appt, anyways I left them called George Chevy and told the service writer my truck issue, he said he was sure they could look and find the problem, when I got there Laura wrote up the work order and said they would look at it well after several hours I aske her for a progress check she said they looked at the engine but there were waiting for the transmission to be checked , against me better judgment I left the truck and would pick up on Monday, about 3 pm I called Laura and asked her what was going on with my truck after and hour she called me back and tells me there’s only 1 mechanic on duty and that he had cars from 8/6/2019 he hadn’t looked at yet and probably would look at mine for a week or so, I blew it and asked her why she hadn’t said anything to me her response “ I don’t know what he’s working on unless it’s my write ups “sorry but that’s stupid, I need my truck for work and told her that several times, she just acted like she didn’t give a s___t , so for any one having this problem be warned.

    They knew we couldn't afford a car but they pressured me to cosign for my daughter. All they care about is making that been. My daughter got a flat tire... after buying a brand new car from them. She checked the trunk for a spare tire. She called George Chev and They said, oh we don't put spare tires in all of our car's anymore but you can buy one for a hefty price. How cheap can you get?

    Truly a bunch of professional folks! Walked in there with blue jean and sandals, I was still treated with respect. Thumb up for Sabrina and her associates... for the quick follow-ups and awesome customer services.

    Very eager to make a sale, but not to satisfy the customer.. I am really disappointed and will never come to this dealer again or recommend anyone at all.... I can to get my car serviced and while doing so I spoke with a sales man who could not get me approved through my own two banks that do lots of business with chevrollet regularly. My salesman did not explain to me that I did not get approved instead my credit was dropped as a result of him applying to many different inquiries. If I was not approved generally I would have not allowed him to keep applying at all. When I spoke with a manager in regards to this situation, it was never resolved and their was nothing Chevrolet could do to fix it, or make me feel any better. I felt like I was tricked, by not knowing how many times this dealer ran inquiries to get me approved after I was denied so many times at first.

    Ima keep it short , they don’t try to get you into a car hard enough they don’t seem determined to help you buy a vehicle , the sales manager is not professional... and is a bit rude

    Not really sure, what's going on at George Chevrolet, but they need to bottle it up and start selling it. The dealership is top notch, from top to bottom.... Everyone there greets you and wants to know if they could help you someway. This is a way to get a customer and to keep a customer.
