The worst when repairing vehicle under warrant. I have been fight for this since July? 2020. My vehicle ran hot. they kept it ten day. the vehicle smells... like coolant since the day of repair. The shuffled my car around then after warranty I had to get a alternator, my engine steamed cleaned and it stills smells like coolant. I have contacted the State Bureau of Automotive Repair and they do not want to take the blame. SHAME ON YOU, I am breathing coolant everything smells of the dangerous toxin. I purchased my use certified and just before 4 yr warranty ran out they dropped the ball very badly. Will never deal with purchasing anything from them.

The vehicle was priced competitively and I had a trade in. I didn't get what I wanted for the trade in but they were fair with what they gave. Overall... I didn't have to haggle to get what I wanted. They gave me a fair deal and did not try to cheat me at all. I will go back there for my next car.

I usually don't do this but I really was taken back by this dealership. So long store short, my lease on my 2018 Infiniti Q50 RedSport is ending soon.... So I am doing a bit of window shopping to see what vehicle I'll be replacing this with. I first go to Glenn E Thomas Chrysler Ram. I let them know what my plan was. He let me look over the 2020 Ram 1500, sit and even test drive it. Great experience. I then go to Caruso Ford and let them know as well. I asked if I could look at a 2019 Ford Mustang Bullitt that had a manager special that marked the card down by $10,000.00. The sales person David George told me to just look at the car from the outside. I said nevermind and walked off. I would have understood if it was busy, if that was the case I wouldn't have even bothered asking. But after this I definitely won't be buying a vehicle from here now would I advise anyone too. Great sale people know how to develop relationship which creates loyal customers. I guess they did not even get that basic training. I guess I'll be buying my next vehicle from Glenn E Thomas Chrysler Ram. Thanks for nothing.

They are very responsive and willing to work with me being out of state. I received about three contacts and they were very helpful on the first call not... knowing how to buy out of state. I bought closer to home.
Nice car buying experience. When i got the car home i noticed an issue with 2 of the wheels. I contacted Brian the general manager. He returned my email... within an hour and promised to make it right. And he sure did. Thanks Brian and your sales team of Matt and Pedro. You guys made purchasing a car enjoyable. I highly recommend this dealership and will retun there for any future car nuyeing needs.¿
My wife and I came here hoping to buy a car. Manager very pleasant at first. He showed us the 'manager special' online and we agreed we might like to see... it. My wife is 9 months pregnant and we were very specific about the vehicle we were looking for. He then sent someone to retrieve the car. What they came back was in NO way similar to what he promised to show us. Different color, different trim, basic model. I could have found the same care for thousands less at any Ford Dealership. I guess I know what the 'manager special' is now. Come on guys, you get one chance to show integrity! Bad form.
