Vehicle gets out with more problems
Bad experience on service department; my vehicle stayed there for 3 months and they couldn’t fixed plus they brake my head light; they told me they’ll replace the transmission and rear differential on my 2021 explorer but they never did it just replaced oil cooling pum and couple of parts from brake system but they didn’t fix the problems; I’m very dissatisfied with them at the end they said they can’t fix it because ford said there is not any repair available right now and they tried to make sign a paper saying the vehicle is safe for driving and in perfect conditions and they didn’t find any issue when the manager and he’s mechanic ride the vehicle with me and they both agree that it was a cranking noise on the rear differential
Courtesy and fast service all what I experienced from my service tec. when I stopped to check on my car's tire. They prorated the wear and tear and gave new tires.
We have been customers of Caruso Ford for many many years..we have bought several cars from them and always had great service maintaining our cars ..until lately..went in to get “The Works” for my Transit..they didn’t fill my fluids and I questioned if they had rotated my tires..went back and spent 4 hours waiting for them to fill fluids...left dealership and called service to see if they had rotated my tires and checked my brakes. Service guy informed me you don’t need to rotate your tires every 5,000 miles..(even tho manual says to rotate tires)..if service tech didn’t rotate tires how can he see if my brakes are ok ? Back to dealership this morning for them to rotate tires..What has happened to Caruso Ford? Did contact the DM Mike .he was helpful and apologetic..3 trips to dealership to have “The Works” completed ..waiting for the old Caruso Ford to return ...after all that wouldn’t you think they would have refunded my money for the time I spent going to dealership 3 times?

Had issues with brakes Juan Alacon service specialist went beyond to make sure anything was done correctly , keeping me informed whole time . Thanks again for a job well done .

Missed the coffee. And donuts. The problem i had with my system was solved. It took a little longer. But the tech kept me informed as to what was going on. I bring my cars there all the time and I have been satisfied with the service i receive. .

Great Service Department : employees are very friendly and knowledgeable . Received vehicle clean and serviced in a timely manner. This is not the first time I have brought my vehicle to this location for routine service
