    I purchased a 2014 Ram 1500 ecodiesel that was 11,000 below KBB. It was an awesome deal and awesome service to boot. Briana was knowledgeable and got answers to all my questions. Highly recommended. I'll buy from again no doubts

    The selection of Jeep's is best in the area. The sales staff was awesome to work with and went out of their way to make the experience second to none. The deal was easily sealed and they have a customer for life. The dealership was recommended by a friend and I have already made a few recommendations to friends as well. Heather sold me my Jeep, Jeff helped work everything out to make a smooth sale, and Shawn did a great job completing the paper work completed.

    Terrible customer service. I tried very hard to buy a car from this place. No answer to emails. No return on my phone calls. I would NEVER EVER recommend this place. Internet sales manager really needs to improve his communication skills. This was truely mind blowing to me how horrible the customer service is at this place.

    I just purchased a 2017 Jeep Cherokee. This was by far the best car buying experience i have had in a long time. My sales person was Daila Duncan. She was very patient, attentive, and professional. I would highly recommend her if you are interested in buying a new car from Bemis Jeep.

    My husband and I wanted to purchase a new Jeep Grand Cherokee. Come to find out after all said and done we paid way more than we intended. Some of this was our fault for not reviewing the paperwork better thru the process, but feel that they knew we were trusting them. After driving the vehicle for about a week, we washed it at home and found touch-up paint in multiple spots that were chipped. We called and brought it back in to be fixed. Mind you they sold us this vehicle as "new" and at a new price tag! They said they fixed it and when picking up a day later and driving 35 miles one way (hassle) it still was not fixed. They simply added more touch up paint. Very angry we asked to have them fix it right. Once again they did not and it still looked like my 5 year old painted it! Also in the process hey broke the trim piece on the rear passenger window, so now it flaps! We were so angry and the store manager not apologetic- we refused to bring it back a THIRD time and be inconvenienced again! Very disappointed and will never return to purchase another vehicle nor recommend this dealer to friends or family! I tend to write reviews for companies that I feel do a great job and let the bad roll off my back, but I could not let this one go and have others have the experience we did.

    I was quite please with the ease that this entire new car purchase took. The Bemis team was very helpful and answered all my questions with knowledge and professionalism. No pressure, just calm and informed responses to my every need. Took the car home the next day, fresh and sparkling with a full tank of gas. Robert was patient in instructing me on all the amenities the car provided. I was made to feel like one of the family, follow up calls included. I would not hesitate to recommend the Bemis team to anyone who wants a fair and informed new car experience.

    Following a very thorough search online for a specific make and model SUV we found one on the Brian Bemis website. After a couple of phone calls with very direct questions and answers we decided to make the four hour journey to Sycamore Illinois. We were told our car would be ready and waiting we had cash in tow. Within minutes of looking at the vehicle I noticed a pattern with the online pictures and the damage of the vehicle. Where there was damage or imperfections conveniently the pictures had been blurred. There were scratches all over in the paint around the vehicle. A tear in the leather of the driver side seat. The tailgate would not open at all. Without even making an effort I immediately saw dog hair in between the seats and every cloth and carpeted surface. This was one of the questions my husband asked prior to us getting in the car and making the drive. (smoker owned/pet owned) The gentleman he spoke with said no. Also assured my husband if ever there was a pet that they detail all of their vehicles before selling and that "you would not be able to tell afterwards". We then put our eight-year-old in the back along with the sales man to go for a test drive. It hadn't even been five minutes before our eyes and noses started itching and watering. Our little guy was affected the worst. During the test drive the vehicle very obviously pulled to the right the salesman noticed never said a word. Following our very short jaunt of a test drive he asked what we thought it would cost to have the car cleaned removing all allergens. The only thing I could tell him was that for a basic cleaning and detail it cost $150. My guess to clean the fans, vents, and everything else of animal hair would probably be at least double. Still no mention of how we were to get our back door open on the vehicle. We were pretty disgusted and had to take a break and discuss it . It was hard considering all the work we had done prior to...learning about the vehicle it's previous owner and making the long commute. My husband decided to return to the dealership and asked the gentleman if they would come down to cover the cost of the cleaning and detailing of the vehicle ...by the way we were paying cash -willing to eat the fact that it needed a new alignment- fix the tailgate ourselves- and settle with the fact that obviously when buying online and looking at pictures there may be some creative photo taking involved. The gentleman said he would ask his boss he came out a few minutes later and told my husband they were firm on the price. They offered to re-clean it and fix the alignment in their own shop which wouldnt be open for two more days. But remember we were told the car would be already for us when we got there. Never felt better about driving four hours and not buying something in my life!
