As a first time car buyer, this was a great experience.

As a first time car buyer, this was a great experience. Mehdi was great. Like just about any car salesman out there, he did try to upsell the extended warranty and some other fluff on my first quote, but it took one time of telling him I’m not interested for him to give me an updated quote for what I wanted. I appreciated that he was not too overbearing or insistent on these things, and was willing to listen to what I wanted. The car was more than fairly priced, which I appreciated. The finance director, Mejra, was amazing as well. She lowered my interest rate for me and was so informative — something I really needed as a young first-time buyer. She wanted me to have the best car buying experience possible. With test driving, talking numbers, and all the paperwork, I was in and out in about 2.5 hours. Not bad compared to some other experiences I’ve heard of. I’m overall very happy with my experience here, and absolutely in love with my new 2023 Hyundai Elantra Limited.

Typical car sales lot and sales team. Felt like the entire staff was playing the sales mind game. Just once I'd like to find a sales floor where sales and finances people are honest and trustworthy. There is nothing special about my experience. Typical mind games.

I bought a used E-Class from this dealership after being

I bought a used E-Class from this dealership after being assured multiple times, both before and after purchase, that it had a particular safety feature called “active lane assist” which actively keeps the car in between the lane lines. It does not, it has something called “lane departure warning” which causes the steering wheel to vibrate for second when the lane line is crossed. After considerable research on a Mercedes-Benz car forum I found out that the option codes are different. Shame on me for trusting a used car sales person to give me accurate information. I had convinced myself that a Mercedes-Benz dealership would be above this kind of deception, and now I'm stuck with a vehicle I would not have otherwise purchased. To be fair it’s a nice enough car, just not what I had been promised and not what I needed to keep myself and my family a bit safer on the road.

Straightforward relationship.

Straightforward relationship. Excellent outcome. I would highly recommend Norm Hunter and the Mercedes-Benz dealership. I like the improvements on the GLC 350 E. Currently, I am not using any gas for the last week despite a couple 30 to 40 mile trips.
