    Rude rude rude !! Mgmt is horrible there for his sales people are just as bad !! Don't return calls or follow thru on deals !! Intentionally avoid texts and calls and pawn you off to someone else !! By far the POOREST DEALERSHIP OVERALL we have ever dealt with !!!!

    I had the tires rotated on my 2016 Ram 2500. They rotated the tires and didn't set the tire pressures. I drove away with 80 lbs in the front and 60 lbs in the back (opposite of dealer requirements ). When I called the service manager to get it corrected, he said make an appointment and they would determine what is wrong...

    Called about CRV they have for sale, asked for first available appt. the salesman told me 1:00 pm next day. When I showed up the vehicle was sold early in the morning But failed to notify me. No apology, other salesman was trying show me other vehicles I was not interested in. Be sure they have the vehicle you are looking forward before you make it to the dealership.

    Went in for ignition problem and TPMS error. Tim coordinated great, and I signed up for comprehensive 60K mile service. Very happy with work and timeliness of service (1 day). Also, great updates on status of completion. Unfortunately, have to go back because $400 for new TPMS module kept the warning light off for only 5 days....
