I did not buy my car at Symes, but have serviced it here since it's the closest dealership to my home. Roll Lee has been my customer service point... of contact and she's fantastic. She called and emailed me to keep me abreast of what was happening to my Escalade. The waiting area is very clean and always stocked with over standard refreshments. I love the coffee machine and bagels. The driver who initially took me home was very friendly. Roll even took the initiative to ask me if I would like to get a quote for a new car to compare to the cost of the repairs. John in sales reached out to me immediately and responded to my questions promptly. My overall experience with Symes team was nothing less than stellar. Thanks Roll and Symes for a great experience. I'll be back.
Call to buy a car but since I had a trade that was worth money they decided for me to get the car I wanted that they would send a credit application $60,000... when I asked them not to and then it took six days for them to get back to me so when they finally got back to me asked me to bring my trade in down the car I wanted was sold. But I bought a brand new car from mark Christopher Cadillac for $70,000 and the trade in I was given $26,000 for so you can suck it.

Smooth process, courteous staff, comfortable waiting area
I brought my car in because it had a shake when idling. While it was there I called in and asked that they please also service the CUE because the screen... is glitchy. My car was there for four weeks. No one called me with an update-I called my self once or twice and was just told that they were waiting for parts. Apparently they had to tear the engine down. When I finally got my car back nothing had been done with the CUE. I drove it on the freeway the next day and some sort of pan or cover fell off the bottom and was dragging on the road. The AAA guy said it was hanging by 2 screws when it should have had four. Then I called and complained and also asked about the CUE. She told me she would order that part and call me when the part is in and hasn't called in a week. I just called and had to leave a voicemail. I am going somewhere else. The only good thing is that when they had the vehicle for a month they gave me a nice loaner. The original thing I brought the car in for is fixed and the car runs well, except for the part that fell off!

Symes Cadillac provides outstanding customer service. Customer service at Symes Cadillac is the primary reason I purchased my automobile and plan to... buy a new XT5 in the coming months. The service department at Symes makes it worth buying a Cadillac. I recently had to have several issues resolved on my SRX Premium Luxury AWD, which could have been a drama, but instead I was completely accommodated so that the repairs were entirely stress-free. The Service Manager, David Taylor, sets a great example of how luxury service should be done. David Taylor is committed to excellence. As well, in the past, Diana Cervantez and Oscar Romero in the Service Department have provided outstanding customer service always maintaining knowledgeable insight regarding questions I had; however on this most recent visit, Service Representative, Roll Lee elevated the Cadillac brand immensely with her exemplary service. Roll Lee provided a completely pleasant and positive experience in every aspect of the repair process. The repairs were done properly and efficiently and she kept me informed and advised throughout the entire repair timeline. Additionally, wherein I had concerns about issues, she managed the entire project -- sparing me the frustration of figuring out what to do and/or determining with whom I need speak. Roll Lee is awesome. I have purchased many luxury cars over the years; including Mercedes, but the service I received at Symes Cadillac is far-and-above any other brand and TRUE LUXURY SERVICE. Because of this I am now a devoted Cadillac owner and will recommend Cadillac strongly because of this amazing service I have received at Symes Cadillac. Symes does Cadillac proud. Roll Lee always provided me with a prompt and courteous response. A lot of places promise great service. Symes actually delivers great service.

Took my 2013 SRX in for scheduled service (oil change, tire rotation, etc..) and Oscar, Roll and the team took great care of me and my needs. I was in... and our within 65 minutes of my scheduled appointment time and that includes the complementary car wash. A great experience that surely will bring me back for my SRX maintenance needs. I have been coming here for years. They take care of me and my husband, we are very happy.
They just seem like they are out to make money. I know we all are, but they make it just so obvious that is what they want. And avoid the service department... unless you like paying for repairs that you do not need.
