Excellent, friendly service where the "family-owned" aspect is clearly apparent in how a customer is treated.

I am pleased with the car. It has plenty of power and is comfortable and quiet. I'm not convinced the maintenance and other agreements were worth the money. They were sprung on me. I felt pressured to make the decision without having time to think about them and compare the cost of paying when the maintenance, etc. is done versus the cost and financing charges of the agreements.

Very bad experience with the service department. Loaners are dirty and the service reps seem to have little knowledge and are poor at communicating. I would say the one I dealt with most was actually quite rude. The sales and leasing side is much more functional and quite lovely.

I had an easy relatively stress-free car buying experience with Frankie Maharaji. I ordered my car and he kept me posted. I was worried about tarriffs and he was very confident they would not be imposed, and he was correct. He may have been a little green, but ultimately I got the answers I needed. He was not pushy and let me take my time to comparison shop at other BMW dealerships. He didn’t try to steer me towards a 2025 model that wasn’t what I wanted - unlike other dealerships. I think I got a fair price. They even delivered the car to me in San Diego!
