I have emailed numerous times to get more pictures on a truck I’m interested in. I wanted more pics since it’s a two hour drive for me to the dealership.... No one will respond to the emails. I’ve emailed Jay several times with zero response.
I asked for the “L” in SLT to be replaced but they didn’t know the cost parts were gone for the day. So they did replace it for a bill of $67. Who in there... right mind thinks anyone would have agreed to that? Well it was done so beware of the service manager. The date was 20 March 2020. Been loyal bought 7 vehicles since arriving in 2001. I have one service left on my warranty and will never return. Florence and Columbia have plenty to choose from. Terrible though we had a good relationship until this. I wonder if anyone reads these?
Terry has been a long time, great customer. We could not price Terry on the emblem as parts had closed, Terry told us to go ahead and put it on. You c...an only order the SLT not just the L and the chrome emblems are expensive. I'm sorry Terry was upset but we only did what we were asked to do. We wish terry and his family nothing but the best and once again am sorry for this misunderstanding. Mike Boan Service Manager
These guys were great to work with. I live 2hrs. from the dealership and did pretty much everything over the phone. When I got the dealership I was pretty... much in and out. Jay & Mitch were great to work with in the buying process. In the loan process Lawton was great also
They did a diagnostic check and told me what it was and how much the part cost and I purchase the part and that was not the problem.

I had an appointment at 2:00 to get my oil changed. When I arrived I was told it would take about 50 minutes. I checked back at 3:00 and found out nothing... had been done. It is now 3:40 and I am still in the waiting area. The excuse I was given ,is they are changing computer systems . This was the same excuse I was given several months back on my last visit. It is clear this department needs a manager.

The knowledge of the service staff. Friendly and always accommodating. They always keep me on my appointment. The service customer waiting area is very... clean and always has fresh coffee.
They are courteous and friendly and very knowledgeable about the vehicles they serve. I will definitely bring my vehicle back and will purchase from... them again .
