Attempted to purchase a Certified Vehicle from this dealership- was from out of state - paid for and decided to make the trip to go and see the vehicle... prior to shipping. Vehicle was not as advertised.. they stated one body panel showed paint work - it was not true.. they should have not certified this vehicle as both passenger doors were removed and painted..dont even know if they were the original doors ? I had to spend $$ as I had them do work to vehicle before I inspected so this was not returned and I cancelled the sale.

Recently paid cash for a 2016 "MB Certified Pre-Owned" GLE (my 4th MB). Was told it had "new tires". After driving less than 5000 miles, I took it in for... service at a different MB dealership. Was informed it needed 3 new tires. I'M IN SHOCK! Impossible, I say to myself. Turns out service records show certified car I purchased had only 1 'new' tire when I purchased. I called and spoke to Calabassas dealership management by phone and carefully and calmly explained my dissatisfaction. The manager I spoke with promised he would investigate and call me back next morning. He did not call me back. I called him back 5 times (yes, 5). He forwardrd his voicemail to receptionist so I could not leave a message. Receptionist (who was great) personally hand-delivered multiple messages to him to no avail. It's now a week later and no call back. Had to spend $1500 for 3 new tires. I feel this treatment is HIGHLY UNETHICAL and DISCOURTEOUS, and will never do business there again.

OUT OF STATE BUYERS BEWARE: Responsive, transparent, and Sheena was great. We had agreed on the purchase verbally back on 10/4. I was told that they are... unable to accept a deposit and put a vehicle on hold, which was strange. I'm an out of state buyer so the contract docs needed to be sent to me via Fedex which may have thrown a wrench in the process. With cash in hand, and ready to buy, the car was sold out from under us. This was after being contacted on 10/7 asking for our identification and insurance info which was sent back within 10 minutes of asking. Disappointing and strange attempted car buying experience. Never have I had this much difficulty trying to give my money to a dealership for a car. FYI, we were offering full asking price as well.
