There are other MBZ dealers closer to my home, but I only get my cars from MBZ of Calabasas. John Nazarian has always taken great care of me over the years and it is a delight to see him. I love his enthusiasm! We always stay in touch over the term of my leases. Mario in the finance department made everything a breeze. The GM remembered me from my last lease and made me feel at home. **Absolutely unacceptable experience.** This dealership has been nothing short of a joke. I committed to purchasing a 2024 GLE 450 and completed all necessary paperwork. I placed a deposit on **04/03/2025** and mailed them a check on **04/04/2025**, which they received on **04/06/2025**, as I was buying from out of state. To my shock, I learned on **04/11** that the vehicle had been sold to someone else on **04/05**—*just one day after I placed my deposit*. Even more frustrating, the dealership sent me the contract to sign on **04/08**, which I returned promptly, and they received on **04/10**. How does a vehicle get sold after a deposit has been made and before they even bother to notify me? The complete lack of communication and professionalism is appalling. I wasted time, effort, and trust in what turned out to be a deeply disappointing
