extremly poor customer service

well they charged me $145 to run a program they couldnt figure out how to do so i got the paper work telling they how to program it took it back they fixed my problem and charged me another $71.50 i exspressed how i shouldnt half to pay that since i payed 145 already but it didnt matter so i rate the over all customer service extremly bad.The guy i bought the bed from sold me the right bed morlan dodge just didnt know how to program the blinkers and you may get negitive feed back from their internet manger cause i did my advise to anyone go some were else.The reason i didnt buy a truck from them to start is the salesman i tryed to tak to acted like he didnt have time for me and tryed to buy my wife a jeep but they wouldnt deal at all on their price it was their price or nothing.

Was turned away for service. Shame on them.

Truly awful experience with service department which is 100% the fault of the owner, John Morlan. Took my still--under-warranty car for service due to a coolant leak. Shop told me they will not even touch my car because I purchased from a competitor's dealership. I had to tow the car at my own expense to Sikeston instead. This is a ridiculous policy. I would never recommend anyone buy from John Morlan or give them business of any kind. Shameful.

Sales tax alert.

Service before sale was great. After sale when notified of wrong sales tax not so helpful. Double check tax rate before you sign. Was told no compensation for thier error and to do what I had to do. So I warn all of you, be careful.

Good folks to work with

Was looking to buy a used long bed pickup and found it at John Morlans. A great vehicle at a good price. They are good people to work with and are highly recommended.

Although we did NOT purchase a vehicle at Morlan

Although we did NOT purchase a vehicle at Morlan, was looking at a Jeep Renegade Lattitude in red. I wanted to give big xxxxxxto the sales person Austin. He was courteous and super friendly. He's laid back and not at all high pressure sales. He listened to what we wanted and tried his very best to get us to the budget we needed to be. If you are in the area and looking for a Chrysler brand and don't want to deal with high pressure sales. ASK FOR AUSTIN!

Always happy with John Morlan

I bought my Grand Cherokee new there and always take it there for service. Yes it costs me a little more than a discount place but they always check for stuff like recalls, and do things like update my radio and navigation system. I usually just drop it off and have them shuttle me to work, which I like as well!

HUGE LOT!

We actually went there to buy a new vehicle, but they have a used lot across the street that is jam packed with cars and trucks. So we went over there and found a pre owned vehicle at a payment WAY less than what we had figured we would have to pay. We have since checked prices and found ours was at or BELOW the best prices out there. I cant remember our sales guy, but he just seemed like a regular guy with no tricky stuff.

Great inventory selection!

We had looked all over for just the right Toyota SUV, and were excited to find JUST THE COLOR we were after, and the price was $4000 under everything else we had driven. We were given a free carfax, 2 keys, and warranty! We will for SURE send our friends!

Good used lot

We looked online first and kept seeing cars from John Morlan in Cape Girardeau so we went to look on saturday and were impressed with the number of used vehicles they had for us to look for. Wished they stocked more Hondas, but other than that they had about everything and then some. Prices are really good. We will go back before we buy.
