Speaking with a service rep. My main concern was to give me only what I needed at this time. I was told elsewhere I needed things I didn't need I just... want a dealership to be honest with me and I feel this dealership did exactly that... my representative kept me informed... I made an appointment for 20000 maintenance when I got there I was informed oil change and tire rotation was required after waiting for 3 hours Lilly... told me all what needed is tire rotation because I didn't drive alot I told her I won't be able to come back till month of July she responded it shouldn't be a problem.
