My sales rep and credit managers were Angel & Nick Rojas. They were AWESOME! I can't believe how easy they made our car buying experience. I've ALREADY... recommended family and friends. I'm so Thankful for the opportunity and the ease of the process of auto buying, I didn't mentioned that my car payments were lower than I expected and I got a newer vehicle. These guys "ROCK! and have changed my opinion of car salesmen. Thank you Angel & Nick for going above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that I was a satisfied customer.

Bought a 2005 Honda Odyssey and was flying in for it from New Mexico, because of the price and overall condition of that car. Walter took care of me and... it was a nice expirience. The owner was negotiating the price with me, verry easy and nice guy. The car was ready and clean at time I arrived at the dealership. The final price was perfect, car condition perfect for a 2005 Model, Walter took me back to the airport to drop off my rental car. In my case, it was a verry nice buying expirience. Thanks guys ! Do not buy a car here!!! In April 2015 I was going to buy a beautiful blue fully equipped 2011 Hyundai Sonata. The car had many problems. They (Xavier... & the mechanic) tried to tell me "Mrs. you're just hearing things." The mechanic was awful. Everyday for a week the car was being worked on; and daily returned to me with MORE problems...Serious problems. My sales person Xavier was a LIER! So was the fiance manager and the mechanic. They told me several times "Don't worry, we'll fix it; even if we must take the car to the dealership to be repaired". NEVER did they! I was told that they've had another mechanic working on the car, just to discover they only had 1 mechanic, and he was the ONLY person who'd ever touched the car. When I called the finance company and shared the follow-up; even the finance company refused to finance the car. The Finance manger then yelled at me for calling to report the issues to the finance company. He then tried to tell me "not to worry, He has a Homeboy house that he can send the car to, to get it fixed". I then lost it. I demanded my money back. At first they tried to tell me that they couldn't return my money to me without approval. I then called my bank "Chase Bank" and had my money returned to me in less than 1 hour! Upon on leaving their property I was told that "if I wanted a new car than I should have gone to a New Car Dealership; for a new car and warranty". That's just what I did!!! I left and went and bought myself a new Nissan Altima, WITH a warranty. While there another customer was also having the same problems and complaints. At this point GMC Auto Couldn't sell me a skate board!!!!!!!!!!!!! Don't trust them.
I called in to CGM Auto Group and spoke with salesperson Nick Rojas.We came in to look at a Hyundai Sonata that we saw online but my wife fell in love... with a Mercedes c300 that she saw. long story short Nick and Angel were very helpful with helping her get what she wanted. they worked with us and made it happen, they even resolved a couple of issues we had after we had made the purchase, they are professional and are about their business I would recommend them to anyone. VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER
I visited CGM back in September and I was a first car buyer and wasn't sure where to begin. Talk to Nick who made this a very pleasant experience to say... they least. He made sure I walked out with car of my dreams which was an (Audi A8) that I love to death! He did such an amazing job I referred 4 of my friends and they all got what they wanted. Definitely go see him, he'll work with you!

I saw a beautiful car on the website. Don't be fooled by the dazzling look of the site. I looked at a car and made arrangements to fly in the next day.... You would think if I'm flying in I'm pretty serious about making a purchase and they would be fully prepared to deal the deal by looking over the car and cleaning it prior to my arrival. Not the case. The sale guy who was very nice picked me up in another of their cars. After bringing it around, I realized that the pictures are touched up and the car contained numerous blemishes and dirty. First thing I noticed was the flashing indicator for low window washer fluid. Guess they were too busy to inspect the car. The ride was horrible at low and high speeds. It clearly had an axle or CV problem at the minimum. Salesman stated he had not drove it yet and offer to let their mechanic look at it. I declined! The salesman stated they get all their cars from large dealership trade-ins but I had already ran a CARFAX report and knew they got it from an auction. The salesman offer to show me another car and a few looked better but you get one chance to make a first impression and they failed. Decided to move and luckily I found another car that was idea giving me a ride back home.
They will finance the car at a high interest rate, then they will call you and tell you the bank needs the loan to be rewritten....then they will say they... need MORE money or they will take the car back! In my book that is a crook... But because a document you signed....among many, gives them the right to do that! Classic YOYO car loan.....that unfortunately there will be little you can do about it! Buyer beware!
I test drove the Cadillac 2004 SRX they currently have listed for purchase. They didn't want me to drive it on the highway, but I was able to get the vehicle... up to speed on the local street. The engine started shaking...this car has major transmission issues. I am insulted they tried to cover this known issue and sell me the vehicle. They made claims of replacing the transmission and after a week no repairs made. They are trying to pawn this vehicle on someone else. Please beware of these shady salesmen and owner!
