My husband and I purchased a pre-owed Toyota Avalon Hybrid. Great experience with salesperson Assane Diedhiou. Helpful, informative, positive, low-stress. Our finance person, Warfa, was very friendly, informative and enthusiastic as well. We had a very positive experience!

Outstanding service. Car was serviced less thsn two hours. I should had made an appointment and car would had been serviced less than two hours. Sorry! I am very pleased and Alex Hernandez on the Orange Team very Professional. The entire staff from dropping the car off to the end when you pick up the car. 10 STARS!!!

Sam is the best salesman that I have come across in years. I shopped at other dealerships and dealt with people who could not answer my questions. The difference with Sam was that he not only could answer my questions but showed a vast knowledge of and passion for Toyota products. High energy. I knew what I was buying before I got to the dealership but Sam made me excited about what I was buying. I have Sam's card. I am not buying from anyone else. Thanks Sam

my friend bought a used Corolla from Koon?s Tyson?s Toyota & 5 days later the the transmission failed! so much for a certified used vehicle. what if she?d driven to Boston or some far out of town location? of course Koon?s fixed the transmission free of charge & I assume towing. I?ll sure never recommend anyone buying a used car from this dealer.

Went o test drive and purchase a certified vehicle. Great showroom, busy, nice energy. Had my car appraised and was told two screws didn?t match in color and was offered a low trade in value. A competing dealer was offering more. I take the hit on my car but you charge full price for yours!!! Ok so I said what are the numbers. No deal, no meet in the middle, no this is the figure. Mind you extra keys, manual etc. In mine because I was going to buy this car. Left dealership and have called and left messag a several time about that car or others or my trade. Nothing back.

Every aspect showed they cared about me as a customer and made me feel like I was the most important person they had that day. Now I'm happy with my new car and the whole buying experience at Koons.

Mr. Luis, was more than helpful! He sat down and he took the time to listen to my moms needs and he actually asked questions so she could feel at ease. Then he brought out the Rav4 and it meet everything my mother described she wanted in the car. As in for the financial process, it was like they were more than willing to help us to get us the right price option. They were not pushy or trying to get us to buy something we did not want.
