Great little car, great service department.
Current VW has 115,000 miles and each service was done right the first time. Also have purchased current set of excellent Michelin tires through this dealership for one stop shopping thank's to Dandy Don.
2019 Tiguan SEL
Safety Alert! Faulty sensors in 2019 VW Tiguan SEL jams brakes without cause. Neftin refuses to provide service or refund when car goes rogue. Nine days after purchasing our brand new 2019 Tiguan SEL, the Front Assist function began malfunctioning, unpredictably slamming on the brakes while we were driving. More than once this left us stranded in the middle of busy intersections. We immediately brought these issues to the attention of the dealership. The Service Manager’s response was particularly stunning: “Didn’t you Google this before you bought it?” He went on to say, “the vehicle is acting as designed…it is unfixable”. He explained that the Front Assist sensors are “seeing” the ground when we drive across a gutter or dip, such as exiting a parking lot and pulling onto the roadway. The car responds by jamming the brakes in the middle of traffic, and requires us to take the car out of drive and return it to drive before we can move forward. We are seriously concerned for our safety and the safety of others. Neftin refuses to return our calls. We are now dealing with the corporate office of VW, trying to get some help. We are also getting help from a VW dealership in the valley, whose service department was able to recreate this problem multiple times during a test drive. We are hopeful they will do the right thing. DO NOT BUY FROM NEFTIN. AND DO NOT BUY ANY VW WITH FRONT ASSIST.
Is my second time I am going in that dealership and I can see the way they treat the costumers is so different from other dealers. The service manager is very rud and unprofessional. So sad because I want go back anymore in that dealership. I am very happy to drive in Ventura or Woodland Hills , just not to see their faces again

Comfortable from start to finish
We had come to Neftin to check on some repair that was needed on our 2007 Mazda 5. After we were finished with that, we decided to look around at the new and used cars on Neftin's lot. During that process we met Vinnie, a salesman. He was very informative and we walked around with him for awhile. We were not really in the market for a new car. After about a week, we went back to see Vinnie. We decided we would find out more about the CX5. Once again, Vinnie was very helpful. We test drove a CX5. That was the beginning of serious considerations concerning new cars. We checked other dealers and looked at Kia and Subaru. We went back to Neftin once or twice more and decided the CX5 was the car for us. The no pressure attitude from Vinnie, the product, and treatment from others at the facility made this purchase the least stressful of all previous car purchases. Thanks Vinnie and Neftin. We are very happy to be your customers.

Overall great car buying experience
We had a very positive experience purchasing our new Mazda 3 hatchback at Neftin. The dealer rep, Cynthia, was very helpful and knowledgable throughout the process. We had some reservations about driving from Torrance but we got a fantastic deal and the price we agreed to was honored when we got to the dealership to pick up. We did have some minor issues with the car, but the dealership was quick to offer to make everything right without hassle and even offered us the use of a loaner car. Worth the drive!
