Great service, no haggling, Vernon Cochran was the best sales rep I have ever dealt with, he was knowledgeable, professional, and extremely helpful throughout the process. This is my third SUV from Koon’s Falls Church since 1999 and they have been wonderful to work with. Honest, helpful, and dependable. You are treated as a true customer from purchase through the life of the vehicle. Highly recommend Koon’s for any vehicle in the future.

Over 7 hours later I drove away with the car I wanted.
Over 7 hours later I drove away with the car I wanted. I was exhausted, hungry and wasted nearly all day light , I was given a cup of coffee. Yay!!! I nearly completed paperwork with the wrong VIN , which has happened to me before at Banister Ford. (WORST EXPERIENCE EVER) Great job Koons Ford for catching what would have canceled our deal. Fredrick called after my online inquiry and made sure every concern and desire was met. Great job.... Thanks for the coffee

Textbook bait and switch operation.
Textbook bait and switch operation. I called 12/26/25 to check the availability of a Kia they had advertised on their web site. I gave the sales person the stock number. I never mentioned the name of the car, The sales person looked up the stock number and confirmed I was checking on the Kia EV-6 Wind. He said that car was sold. I thanked him and good-bye. Today, 12/27/25 a different sales person, Tristan, leaves a voice message stating "...the Kia EV-6 you were interested in to let you know that THIS vehicle is available and we have year-end sales going on right now. Let me know if you can make it in...". When I called back, Tristan was unavailable, but the sales person I did speak to confirmed that the car was sold. Even quoted me the last 4 digits of the stock number of the car. Fortunately I didn't waste my time driving there. Of course Tristan calls me back to see if I'm still interested even though the car I called about was sold. Well, it just so happens they have another 2022 Kia EV-6 available. The one that IS available just happens to be $4000 more. If I'd driven from Silver Spring MD to Falls Church I'd be vested in not wasting my time. caveat emptor

The information in our system was saved as EV6, and we have another one in stock. You emailed to say it's the end of the year and the EV6 is available, but without a stock number or VIN saved in the system to indicate which you were referring to. It was our understanding that your email was just a friendly invitation to take a look at an EV6.
