    Ocean Honda of North Hollywood-SERVICE. I have been speaking with Tina. Now she is very empathetic when I speak to her however she has not reached out... to me ONCE while they are repairing my car. On Wednesday 2/8 I dropped off my car at 11am. Women says it would take a few hours before they could look at it. No one ever called to let me know what was wrong with it. Later that night, I called once and no answered. I called a second time and the woman tells me it’s the immobilizer. Thursday No one calls. I call once and get no answer. I called a second time and the girl tells me they have to order a part and would arrive Friday. On Friday no one ever called. I called and the woman said it would be ready Saturday afternoon. Saturday No one calls. I called and no answer. Apparently Sunday they are closed. I HAVE NO IDEA WHEN I WILL BE GETTING MY CAR. The lack of communication is ridiculous and unacceptable. They should be embarrassed of their poor work ethic. I hope they feel humiliated and ashamed to provide service that is so disgraceful to say the least. I cannot believe these people are getting away with running their business like this. I feel sorry that Honda has this type of representation! When I speak with Tina I am not rude, or disrespectful however I am extremely upset. It’s disappointing that I’m forced to spend money on Uber/Lyft because of this inconvenience. At the end of the day I am a mother who’s trying my best to keep my life moving for my daughter. I just want my car fixed already

    I came in yesterday to look at the Odysey EX-L thru TrueCar and they even give me lower price than TrueCar quoted me. Gil Paden still my best sales person... there, i have purchase 3 cars from him and this is my 4th car purchasing from Gil Paden, they will even give you extra promotion discount for being a loyal customer. if your looking to buy a new Honda at Ocean Honda look for GIL PADEN he will give you the best discount..

    I had been in an accident which totaled my Honda Civic and walked away with minor bruises. There was no question that I would get another Honda. Oscar... at Ocean Honda North Hollywood made the purchase as easy as possible. I had used the dealership for service and was very happy with them. I have had my new Civic for one month and know that buying it was the right decision. Thank you, Oscar!

    Went into Ocean Honda on Sunday, 12/16/18, to "look" at the 2018 CRV's. I had been a previous CRV owner and loved it, when we walked in, Carlos Guerrero... started working with us. He was very detailed in explaining the differences between the CRV Models and showed us everything that comes with it and how to use it. His knowledge of these cars was very impressive, he knows his stuff... We discussed the different options and what my preferences were and they actually HAD that car on the lot - although he had to search their inventory on foot for it. We ended up walking out with THE CAR that I wanted... at a price I felt was fair. The ONLY thing I wasn't extremely happy with was the time it took to get out of there. Lots of waiting for #'s and finance and all that... but I already expected that. Overall, it was a good experience, everyone was very helpful and I am once again the PROUD OWNER of a HONDA CRV!!! I LOVE IT!

    I would look elsewhere for your new car. I bought a new Accord and had a lot of issues with sales and service. After we selected the car and they went... to get it they said it wasn't in stock. Then we spent about an hour trying to find one in the LA area. I would think they would have an accurate inventory. They also told me I was required (after telling them I didn’t want it and they said it wasn’t an option to remove) to get their InTouch GPS system then when I went to finance they played me a video about it. They asked me if I wanted it. I was upset at this point, it was very clear they had poor training and management. I went home at this point as they looked for the one I originally wanted. The next day I went back as they found one in the area. When I went there they told me I would get the InTouch GPS since I signed for it yesterday. We negotiated again since this car had some installed options I didn’t need. Then I went to sign for everything and they charged me for the GPS again. I told them I didn’t want to pay for it. I know it wasn’t going to be an issue since I heard the finance guy and my sales guy say “its ok, we are making good money on this sale” in the hallway. I walked out as I was done with this place. The sales guy came out and told me we would do the deal. I then scheduled my install for my accessories I paid for. It took about 5 days for them to complete it. I wasn’t offered a car until the last day. I also paid about $500 for window tint, the sales guy told me it was all 4 windows. We both understood it was not legal for the front. When I dropped the car off they told me I only had it for the back windows. I told them I didn’t pay $500 for tint on 3 windows. They then said they could after I got upset. The next issue I had was a deep scratch on the inside door panel. I asked them if they could fix it since I didn’t notice it until I got home. They called the sales side to get approval and the service advisor said that they told them no and I did it and they would not fix it. At this point I was very upset. I went home and called sales again to complain, they fixed that issue a day later. Picked up the car after the fixes were done, the window tint in the back window was not cut right and looks cheap. Also I called sales twice, spoke with one finance person and also left a message that I called once before to get details on my InTouch GPS system. I still have not had anyone call me or help me out. I am about to write my review to Honda as I just get an email asking how it went. Robertson OR Ocean, they are still the same group of non-helpful Honda people. Hey corporate, how about sending your “helpful Honda people” to this location, it makes your brand look like a joke. Never again for me.
