Everything went as expected.

Everything went as expected. My only gripe is the radio station was changed by a VITI driver. If you don't like what the customer listens to on their radio turn it off. I know it's not a big deal but why do it for the few minutes your driving my car?

All the employees at Viti Volvo are accommodating and provide thorough and excellent service. I never experienced anything less than EXCELLENT at Viti Volvo. This is the third Volvo I have owned from Viti and I would not hesitate to buy my next one from this dealership.

I am giving Viti service manager Greg Flynn a 5 star...

I am giving Viti service manager Greg Flynn a 5 star rating for his ability to lie,decieve,commit fraud against me and other customers who expect the same professional experience they expect as they do performance from their Volvo product they bought. Not only have I experienced it but have heard it from Viti's own mechanics who are tired of the lies being told to costumers by the service manager. When they tell you there's a two year parts and labor warranty on the work done they will never honor it especially when they know they have done the job poorly and are at fault. At this point they want you to go away and go away I did as a costumer but I am far from going away as a disgruntled costumer. I am slowly learning about this auto dealerships service reputation through discussions with others I wish I had known before bringing my car here for service versus from the Volvo dealership I purchased it from do to it's distance from my house. In the ended in a heated phone conversation I told Greg this is fraud and that was his opening to say we refuse to work on this car give us back our loaner back. I called Tasca Volvo they would not work on a car after Viti worked on it but as any great dealership would do try their best to make a bad situation better and offered me a very generous amount to purchase the car and sold me a beautiful S60 and turned this ugly situation a bit better. One question to Greg is ok maybe I just got a bad engine but what are the chances you have 2 cars in your shop at the same time with the same problem worked on by the same machanic? This was your time to do the right thing and you failed miserably and continued being the Big Bully hiding in Big Daddy's pockets. Greed will ruin any mans reputation. You got me to go away but Viti Volvo reputation took a much bigger hit for it. May God Bless you. I would just like to add I went to Tasca Volvo after the car was towed there to retrieve my belongings from the car only to fine the engine was not put back and most of the parts were in a large cardboard box in the back seat with a much larger piece in the trunk. This I viewed as a tremendous show of spite from the service manager Greg Flynn after our phone conversation. This was just more proof of his pettiness and unprofessional behavior in handling this issue. Not even a tire shop would stoop so low as to not put the engine parts back together. This is a Volvo Dealership not a roadside service station Viti's Volvo of Tiverton's service manager Greg Flynn could use a few days off to take a workshop course in good character and integrity or how to be a better con man. Improving your bottom line at the cost of ruining your reputation maybe it's worth it to you.

Mr. Diodati, we are sorry you feel the way you do, and we are sorry you are having trouble with your vehicle. However, the repairs we made to your engine took place almost one year ago, and you have driven 14,000 miles since we made those repairs. If there was an issue with the workmanship of our technician, you would have had engine trouble a lot sooner than 1 year and 14,000 miles after you left our facility. The component that has now failed on your vehicle is not one of the components that we replaced last year. To help you in March of last year, we provided you with a lot of goodwill money from our dealership. We also advocated additional participation from Volvo Corporate to bring your previous repair costs down to less than 20% of what they would have fully cost you. Again, we are sorry you are having trouble with your vehicle. However, the false accusations you made in your earlier post are not accurate or justified. Your vehicle is more than 7 years old and has over 100k miles on it. We feel we have supported you to the best of our abilities. We hope you understand that we cannot be held responsible. Especially considering our last repairs were done over 14,000 miles ago and are different components than what is now failing.

Who is held responsible for returning the car to me with removed engine parts in a cardboard box in my back seat and trunk? I knew I was in trouble when the first diagnosis was you need a new battery when a new battery was put in 3 weeks prior and was told the battery can not be recharged this was a blatant lie also I was told I needed a fuel pump and was given a price of 1300$.Had the car been properly looked at I wouldn't have then been called back to say the cam shaft bolt was broken and it's not the fuel pump. Then had to wait 10 more days to be told it's going to cost me 2100$ to have the engine torn down to find out what is really wrong with it to only speak with the service manager Greg Flynn 15 minutes later and told it's going to cost 2500$. Fortunately for me I was able to consult with a Master Volvo technician and was told he has no doubt the problem with the car now is a direct result of work done 10 months prior which he said should have come with a 2 year parts and labor warranty.This was a classic case of a service manager was not going to be able to line his pocket in this situation so it was best to refuse to work on the car after being accused of fraud.

Very attentive to my needs. Scheduling was easy. Jim delivered a loaner to me and took my car. He was very courteous. Text messages let me know the status of service on my car. They were quick. Everything was was made easy for me which I appreciated. One thing. needs to be sorted out and that is rotation of my tires, but I will follow up with them. I'm happy with my car and happy with their service department!!
