This is my second time buying an automobile from Seaport Auto and I'll go back again. The people here are knowledgeable and do not pressure you into doing anything you don't want to do. I went in there told him exactly what I wanted and left with what I wanted Travis is the one I dealt with and he's awesome

The check engine light on the 2014 Sonic that I bought came on within days of buying the vehicle. I also purchased the warranty, the salesman assured me during the sale that the warranty would cover most issues with the car. I brought it in and was told that the problem was not covered under warranty. Then another problem came up... it, too was not covered. I am asking DEQ to investigate because I suspect that the odb2 systems may have been spoofed to pass deq and then I am left with the cost of repairs after the check engine light came on which makes me feel that the warranty was not worth the several thousand dollars that it cost. Additionally, while discussing the issue with Chris, he rudely cut me off and hung up on me. Very poor customer service!!!

If you're looking for a new ride, I would recommend asking for Chuck Herstom. Great guy, and gets the job done. Very honest and friendly!

Meric has been a good friend for a long time. I called him asking about trucks and happened to have what I was looking for. If you want a solid sales man go see him, he will bend over backwards to find you what you want.
