I dropped off my car after noticing some problems during driving. I did not make an appointment because the issue came up out of no where. My car was checked... out and serviced very quickly and I was able to pick it up the next day.

I was in a car accident and still had an outstanding loan for... the car that was totaled by the other person, but they were able to help me find a bank willing to work with my situation. Went to Tasca after visiting another dealership and doing my homework. Roger (salesman) was very pleasant! Ended up buying a 2018 Jeep Wrangler. I LOVE... the Jeep, however it has been quite a hassle since. They called me two days after purchasing the vehicle to tell me there was a recall and I had to go back to the dealership (30 minutes away) to have them take care of the recall. Even though they did fill my tank with gas for the trip out, the vehicle is a year old with only 50 miles on it so I assume it had been on the lot for some time and the recall should have been taken care of before the sale. Then I called 10 days after the sale to ask when my permanent plates would come in and they said it should be any day. I was then told 4 days later (two days before my temp registration was to expire) that my address on my license did not match and I needed to go to DMV. I went the next morning to DMV (another 30 minute trip) and was given a sticker to put on the back of my license. The lady at the DMV told me I could have done the same thing at my local police department. I then called the dealership and they told me there was nothing they could do until Monday since it was a Saturday and their "back office" does not handle registrations on Saturdays. I called back on Monday and my registration is now expired, and they tell me that they did not know that the DMV in CT is closed on Mondays so they can't do anything about it until the following day. I tell them that I cannot be without a car and do not feel comfortable driving illegally without a registration. They instruct me to drive to their dealership and get dealer plates until my permanent plates come in. I feel it is unethical to ask somebody to drive out there with an expired plate. I ask them to either rent me a car or have a courier bring me the dealer plate. They refuse to do either and tell me my only option is to drive out there again and grab the plates. I ask what do I do if I get pulled over? They tell me if I get pulled over just tell them I'm on my way to the dealership to get it taken care of. This is illegal and unethical.
Roger is friendly and non-pushy, as well as knowledgeable. Along with finance man Dustin, he made the experience as stress-free as possible and also very... quick. Not counting having to return the next day with my trade-in car, it took probably 90 minutes to complete the paperwork and be out the door with my new car. Very happy with my experience at Tasca Westerly with Roger and Dustin.
