After suffering two ordeals at two different Honda dealers, I decided to give El Monte Honda a try. I arrived at the dealership???s service center a few... minutes before it???s 7:00 a.m. opening time. There were a several customers ahead of me, but once the spacious arrival area was opened up- the customers were promptly greeted and we were questioned about our reasons for being there. A few minutes later I was greeted by Service Advisor, Ken Okimoto. I was processed in, and I was given an written estimate for the oil/ filter change, and the tire rotation. I was told that I would be contacted should the mechanic find any additional issue that I might need to be made aware of. I was also given an estimate for how long it was going to take. I received a text message advising me that my car was ready. I walked over to Ken O???s office, where I was able to pay, as well as, pick up my car and drive home. I was surprised that no mention was made about the cabin filter, and the engine air filter- since the previous dealership recommended that both be changed during both my 30,000 and 40,000 mile service. (were both bad both times?) I trust that this time, they were both inspected, and that they were found to be acceptable. This resulted in a savings to me of about $100.00. I plan to continue having my car serviced at El Monte Honda- I will ask for Ken Okimoto.
Over 1:30hrs just for an oil change.. unexceptable.. plus I had to ask why had my car been sitting.. if I had not ask they would not have taken it in... finally.. there has to be a better system.. plus they tried to charge me just to check on my sliding door $130 for an estimate
The staff at El Monte Honda was nice patient answered all my questions and got me in the car I wanted a 2018 Honda Accord Sport baby!

Any Vuong is great and excellent service employee at El Monte Honda!!! Not only he welcomes us with very friendly, he can explain what wrong with our... car with details. Not only he takes care of our car very well, he can also explain to us which new Honda we should buy.
Service here is exceptional! Manuel Montoya at the service department is absolutely amazing. He kept me updated on my vehicle and explained everything... to me. I was really satisfied with the service provided.

Have a schedule appointment with Andika Citra at 9:30 AM on 11/21/17 for my Honda Accord recall. I arrived very early at the service department for my... appointment (8:15 AM). Mr. Citra was very courteous and accommodating. He came out immediately and helped me. He took care of the recall problem with out any hesitation even though I was there very early. He texted me as well as get me at the waiting room to inform me that my car was ready. He was very professional and informed me that the service department is always available to help with any car trouble I might encounter. He escorted me to my car and instructed me as well as show me how to get out of the service department safely. Good job and very good customer service. 👍😊
