    If there was a zero star, i' d have give em a zero. Its a typical "bate and switch" operation. Absolutely not trust worthy what they say... or list on the websites. I called them for a vehicle, first off the sales man does not have basic ettiquettes how to talk to a customer, then the price i was told was atleast $4-5k more from the advertised price. They blamed it to www that they made mistake, so i asked for another car with different color and same story. It was a JOKE !!!!They have absolutely no desire to fix things up given they are poorly rated all over. They hung up the phone in me when i briught this up trying to help. If you wanna waste your time, yeah go ahead call them but u wont get anywhere.

    Yeah okay, I saw the reviews, read them, and figured its just another persons opinion. I wanted to buy a new car and sales was able to answer all my concerns... but my credit wasn't where it should be to buy. But, the salesperson next to me had a customer who was relentless. She was demanding items that the sales person tried to appease. That customer was rude and in some cases harassed the sales person. Sales person stayed calm, never raised her voice. The abusive customer walked out but not because of how she was treated by the dealership. Personally, I will come here when my credit is better.

    As a first time buyer I thought it was going to be difficult to get a car, but the staff was willing to listen to me and they helped me get the car I wanted... at a great price.

    GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER! This is definitely the WORST WORST Experience EVER with any car dealership. I have leased and purchased several cars and haven’t... come across such dealership. They DO NOT HONOR THEIR WORDS. Be it in writing or verbal. Dealt with Jeff and Terry and both mislead us with the numbers for Outlander PHEV that we were trying to lease. I was driving with a 6 Months old from Rancho Santa Margarita (40 miles drive). Paid toll both ways and confirmed with the salesperson at least 5 times before coming about the numbers. He texted the number as well but words and written words means nothing to these crooks. They blaimed it on internal miscommunication and gave number $70 over what was quoted on text and phone. Apparently the owner ows the Anaheim dealership too so never going there as well. Watchout and do not waste your time! #Mitsubishi #OutlanderPHEV #WorstDealership #StayAway

    Terrible Place to buy a car - Really Bad Customer Service will never recommend this palace to anyone else. I bought a Outlander PHEV about 2 months ago... . I bought it for the green decal as I work very far away. They charged me $22 as well. I checked in with them after 2 weeks to know the status and they told me that it has been ordered and will take about 3-4 weeks. Next I checked in after 3 weeks as I was beginning to grow suspicious and they check my VIN number and said it has been ordered and said be patient. but I asked then if I could apply from myself but they said it has already been ordered and this would delay it a bit further. So after another 2 weeks,I checked in again as I was really pissed off by then and they transferred me to Debbie and she said it was not ordered at all and you have to order it on your own. So basically they were giving me the wrong information from the beginning or did not know what they were talking about . I am totally disappointed with there service and would advise to use this place cautiously.

    I have contacted them for a car that I was interested and told them that I would arrive soon (1-2 weeks) and if all goes well I would go over there the... first day I arrive and buy the car. I was also willing to send a deposit to lock up the car. However, they stopped responding to my emails as soon as they heard that I would not come in that day. Instead, they ignored my emails. This is 2017, and they should understand that some people might want to arrange their business online instead of haggling in dealerships.
