I was a potential customer. I say was because the sales personal seems to be running a bait and switch with their customers. They have a 2019 Ram 3500... on their lot that is advertised at a certain price, yet when it is inquired about the price increases by more than $15,000. The customer is told that the website is registering the base price on the truck. The two problems I am having is this truck has been advertised at this price for weeks and websites don’t read a base price on an invoice or window sticker (window sticker is what I was told). At some point in the next year I will be buying a new 1 ton truck for hauling a 5th wheel for my family. However, when I do I will be taking my business elsewhere. Definitely to a different dealership and likely I will go with a F350 from Ford based on the lack of ethics that seem to surround the Ram brand. I expect this will probably fall on deaf ears in that I am one person and dealerships in general don’t have time for us “small” people. Sincerely, A customer lost.
Horrible Service and a waste of time. We came in last weekend. Test drove a Crysler 200. It had the check engine light on. Gabriel in sales said he would... have service take a look at it Monday. We came back early in the week. Car was never checked out. We told the sales rep we had out obd scanners with us if and we could check what it was ourselves. If its nothing big then cool. We got a deal. The sales rep said "No are you a certified mechanic" Hmmmm we didnt want to work on the car. But we could read an error code. We got a call from JP that the car has been serviced and no more check engine light on. We decided to give them another chance. We cancelled our work appointments, rearranged our schedules, drove back to the dealership, now for the 3rd time. Only to be told hey guess what the car is still the same.
I want to thank Juan Garcia for his dedication and taking pride in his work and excellent customer service. My daughter and I went on Friday (09/29) and... he made sure we were taking care of. We were out of there in no time. I am so pleased with the service and care provided, that plan to be a returning customer and will definitely recommend to my family and friends.
We purchased our 2016 Chrysler 300 that was pre owned with extremely low mileage. We got a fair deal and the car looked to be brand new. After getting... home, we noticed that the clear coat was chipped and peeling in 3 different places on the roof. Our salesman suggested we take it to our local dealer for warranty repair as Browning is quite a distance from where we live. Our local dealer refused to take care of the issue as he claimed that someone had already tried to patch it with no success. We spoke with Mike Colera in the Browning service department and he went out of his way to make us happy customers! When we picked our car up, we were blown away at the fabulous job in repairing the ugly spots and can't say enough about the customer service afforded us at Browning by Mike and his team!
At Browning from the initial online chat until we were driving away in our new Grand Cherokee the entire staff was polite, accommodating, and conveyed... a casual no pressure attitude which made the entire experience a pleasure. This is how car buying should be!
I really enjoyed my experience at Browning Dodge. From the moment I arrived the salesperson (James) was kind, courteous, knowledgable, and most importantly...not... pushy!! I had been looking for a Ram 3500 4WD Cummins diesel for a very long time, and these guys made the deal I wanted happen! Additionally, after negotiating the price I wanted and options added, I was unable to pick up the truck...James agreed to deliver the truck free of charge. These guys really know how to run a dealership and make their customers happy. Good job Browning!
Chris, Steve, Laura, and Robby made buying my new Grand Cherokee simple and easy. They were very professional. Gave us a great price. My car wouldn't be... ready until the next day so Laura gave me a ride home. Excellent experience and we will definitely go back to buy our next Jeep there.
