    Theres a reason why a person would drive 150 miles for a vehicle. I drove all the way out here from Santa Barbara because of Michael Conquilla. He was very helpful and informative. Knowing my situation (Military/Student) he worked with me to get a great deal on a Certified Mazda 3 iTouring. I would definitely recommend Michael to anyone, especially military and students, Michael makes it happen!

    I came to this dealership hoping to test drive a brand new 2016 Mazda MX-5 Miata (ND). Although none were available to test drive let alone there were none on the lot to even take a look at, so I decide to look at other Miatas they had on the lot. To my wonder, I saw one that would fit my lifestyle as I was in the process to trade and/or sell my current vehicle. As soon as I was able to test drive a White Club Edition Miata, I fell in love. The handling, the style, the look, etc etc were all there for me to simplify the driving style I have and just enjoy every ounce of what driving is all about. I talked it over with the sales woman who was helping me out to which she was very nice and friendly. I ended up inside the dealer trying to pull some numbers in order to make a fair deal. Not even a fair deal was offered as Sierra Mazda was not willing to help or even take any consideration the needs and wants of their POTENTIAL customers. As soon as this happened, i had to walk away, VERY DISAPPOINTED with the dealership and personnel. I'm sorry to say, but that goes to show why they had 0 ZERO sales that whole day. I can only imagine sales during the week or even MONTH...SHEEESH.

    I bought a 2015 Mazda 3 GT from this dealership. First of all, they changed the pricing of my trade in vehicle on what was promised and when I actually went to buy the car (I visited them twice). Secondly, they had one set of car keys missing while taking delivery of the vehicle. They promised to deliver it within a week. It's been 6 weeks since then and I have not received by duplicate keys. I followed up over phone as well as email, with no response. I would stay away from this dealership. I am not sure where all these positive reviews are coming from - looks like their employees or their friends. Be careful when you shop at this dealer and check the others before and after you talk to these folks at Sierra Mazda.

    Cindy Jimenez was our sales person and we have never experienced this "no pressure" sales approach as at Sierra Mazda. When my husband and I needed to buy another car we thought we could only qualify for a used car because our credit history was unfortunately not good. My husband saw a Mazda6 on the road and immediately fell in love with it. When he told me about it I was skeptical because it was a new car and I didn't think we could get financed, but we went to look at it any way. Cindy approached us and I immediately thought "Oh no here goes, she is gonna pressure us with 'what is it gonna take for you to take this car today' " All we were doing was looking at it. Cindy did say all the things car sales people usually do and it was refreshing. Not only did she patiently check out all of the features on each car they had available but she told us it wouldn't hurt to check on the financing, even though we were sure we would not be able to get the car. Not only did they get us qualified but we got a BETTER deal on the new car than we had gotten on a used 2012 Nissan Altima at another dealership. The finance manager Ty Elkin was also great to work with. Thank you thank you Cindy. You are now considered part of our family.

    I was in the Market for a new car and my Wife and I liked the CX-5 so much. We went to Puente hills first but they didn't really cared about our business. So me, and my wife decided to go to Sierra Mazda and see what they've got. Ji approached me and asked me how can he assist them today. I told him what we really want but unfortunately, they didn't had the Car that i really want because i was looking for an all wheel drive. They told me they can get it for me so we talked about the price. After 10 mins, we got the price that we liked and they promised us to get the car within 4 days. They got it after 2 days and my and my wife rushed to go there and our salesperson Ji came in on his only day off just to finish and make it happen. Kudos to the Sales Team!

    We drove the Mazda CX9 at Sierra Mazda with Kathy. She was just so knowledgeable and so relaxed. Perfectly willing to take the time to explain features and make logical comparisons with other models and makes. Just a pleasure to be on that lot.

    I was in the market for a used car for my daughter. I found the car using cars.com. I called in and spoke with Sales Consultant Alvin Pizano. Alvin met with my daughter, went on a test drive with her and gave her information on the car that she had not received during a previous test drive at another facility. My daughter made comment on how nice Alvin was and how he answered all the questions she had on the car. When my daughter confirmed that this was the car (2013 Mazda3) I began speaking with Alvin over the phone and via text. Alvin and I discussed the pricing and I was set on purchasing the vehicle. Alvin was scheduled off when I was available to come to the dealership but stayed until I could make it in. Needless to say I purchased the vehicle and everything went very smooth. Alvin Pizano was a real pro, got me in and out of there with my daughter's car. Thanks to Alvin and the good people at Sierra Mazda.

    Thank you Tracy Chin and Erica for such a wonderful experience at Sierra Mazda. They came through for me when other dealerships could not! They gave me the exact quote we agreed upon via email and had the exact car (CX-9) waiting for me in front of the dealership. No hidden agendas, just simply upfront, friendly and professional people. The best experience I have ever had at a dealership!

    Cindy Jimenez was my sales woman and she did a great job of showing my wife and I what was available with no hastle or pressure. We new we wanted a Mazda 3 Hatchback, so we were pretty focused in our search, but she answered all our questions and was patient as we discussed our options. This was definitely my best car buying experience yet.

    I'm not sure about any other services at this dealership but my new car buying experience was awesome here! Tracy and Michael specifically were the ones that assisted me when I bought a 2014 Mazda 3. It was my first time buying my first car and after a MONTH of negotiating online for the price and model from several dealerships, it was a done deal. YES Tracy is a auto sales person but she was very sincere, and straightforward. Interacting with her made me rethink the old auto sales person image I hear so much about. I spent a month and a half researching and being patient, NOT getting emotional and impulsive when it came to spending several thousand dollars. The model of car I wanted was very hard to find because it was manual but Tracey diligently worked to find one for me weeks on end. I came, took a test drive, sat for about an hour and a half. Put a down payment, got the financing payment, and then sent to the finance guy. The finance guy could have been nicer, but I don't mind him. After about 45 minutes of the we were done and on our way. It took about 4 hours total but mind you, the other time was spent on the test drive, where I keep driving pass the freeway exit to thoroughly test it. The other time was me closely examine it and looking at other color options. SUMMARY: -Great experience -Request to work with Tracy and her manager Michael if you can -Negotiate online to several dealers for best price -Do your homework about sales, cars, etc (sales people need to make money too, negotiate a good deal where you save more money than most people, but leave enough room for them to make enough profit to motivated them to help you
