Bought a part online. Turned out to be the wrong one. They refused to issue a refund after I paid to ship the part back to them (in perfect condition)... because they claimed it wasn't in the right box!!! I'm out over $225 (which they pocketed) and I'm stuck with the wrong part. BEWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP!!! THEY ARE NOT HONEST!!

Rene Herrera and Manny Chavez are a great team, positive energy, they pay attention and listen to your needs and desires. I didnt even plan to buy a car,... but they were so helpful I bought a new TRD off road premium 4 runner and kept my current toyota that I also bought at LHM.

I bought my car from LMT about 7 months ago. Took it in for a diagnostic and of course the solenoid would be bad. Took 1 week or so to get the part but... Ryan Schaeffer was on top of it. He ordered the parts and looked into my cost being covered under my warranty. Not only did my warranty cover it, I only had a $100 deductible. From ordering a new tire, regular service checks, to this fix.....you guys have always made sure I was taken care of. Ryan Schaeffer is a gem and possibly the most respectful, professional, down to earth person I've ever met. Thank you for keeping me safe on the road.

Saw a price for a used car we were interested in. We came in and took it for a test drive. I told the salesman that we needed a deal for less than the... price listed, out the door. Dealership immediately tried to raise the price by $2700 and then only pushed for a high monthly payment. They obviously are just using "bait and switch" sales practices. They contacted me the day after we left and I further explained the situation .... Six hours later they never even bothered to respond to us. Better off looking ANYWHERE else

My experience with Larry H. Miller Toyota is always top notch. I bought a vehicle from them a few years back and, I haven't had any issues. I came in for... my regular maintenance and, tires and, Scott my service advisor tool care of me and, I was in and out in a few hours. I will continue to do business with Larry H. Miller Toyota.

I had my 2009 Corolla serviced and it was painless. I dropped off the car and they shuttled me home and back and they only had the car 4 hours and it was... good as new.

I bought a new 2020 Camry SE from Larry Miller. The sales person was knowledgeable and courteous so I enjoyed that process but once I got to finance things... went downhill. It felt like I was at a Timeshare presentation. Once we declined the extended warranty, the finance person became very rude. He stopped making eye contact, rushed us through the necessary paperwork, and didn’t want to answer any questions. He at first refused to give us a paper copy of the documents we requested and instead only wanted to give us a flash drive. My wife got upset with his attitude and walked out while I finished up everything. We made a complaint to the manager onsite about the finance person treatment to us but my wife said she would never recommend anyone to buy from LHM. I’m also waiting for a call from service to have my car detailed to remove scratches that are on the car but that hasn’t happened yet.
