    I bought pre-owned car but almost brand new, they convinced me to pay more 2500 $ for 50,000-mile car warranty, after 3 months we observed an up normal sound in the suspension system , we took the car to Frank they inspected it and they said everything perfect, but the sound still there, month after month we went to them for the same problem but they keep telling us the same world ( everything normal ) however, after the car warranty had expired, then they admitted to the problem and of course it will be chargeable.

    This is our second new vehicle purchase from Frank Toyota. Throughout the process we received excellent customer service a willingness to meet our needs and a positive purchase experience. Everyone that we encountered from the sales staff to the service dept exemplifies the highest standards of professionalism a prospective buyer would expect. Purchasing a vehicle can be stressful.     I bought a 1995 Previa here and had it serviced here. After 140k miles I was told I needed a new 3rd member (rear end) and some other work. After $2,500.00 in repairs, I thought I blew a head gasket. I took it to another dealership closer to home and they told me the engine was ruined and could not be repaired. They said the cooling system failed due to lack of service. I had to replace the engine. What makes me so upset is that my repairs and service were done regularly at Frank Toyota. The place that helped me showed me that Frank didn't even use Toyota products when servicing my vehicle. When I spoke to the quality guy at Frank Toyota he said the products are all the same. I felt betrayed and will never be back. Beware of Frank Toyota!

    it took a while for me to trust these people as i generally don't trust dealerships. but over the years, they have consistently earned my trust. as reliable as toyotas generally are, i also give credit to their service department for maintaining my vehicle for 140,000 miles!!<br><br>pat, jay & maria... you guys rock!
