My salesman was great. everyone was super nice. Explained everything to my satisfaction . He helped me clean out my car and set up my auto connect. I would recommend Kimi Davis . He is a wonderful salesman.

Great Experience
Tremendous buying experience. Phillip McSwain did an outstanding job. No xxxxxx business with the numbers (cannot say that about a few dealerships I have been to.). Straightforward process. Here is the crux of it - I would go back there again (and probably will) and would recommend them to my family and friends.

Gastonia Nissan? Never again!
Amending my review as our visit today was appalling. We take serious care of our vehicles and are meticulous in ensuring they are well maintained. Today, we took our SUV for general 60k service which included fuel injection, pcv valve replacement, etc (services that are already extremely expensive and over-priced!). There was absolutely nothing wrong whatsoever with the vehicle; however, one quick drive by their service technician and out of the blue, he hears a noise and determines that a safety mechanism on the rear wheel has failed and needs replacing. HOW CONVENIENT!!! Just 2 weeks before, when setting up my service appointment, they told me the price quotes they gave me changed and prices increased. Of course I did not think that was fair so I spoke with the Service Manager (Ben) who said he would honor the old prices one time as a courtesy. COURTESY??? YOU MEAN WHEN I ARRIVE, YOU WILL HAVE YOUR SERVICE TEAM CAUSE MORE DAMAGE TO MY VEHICLE SO I END UP PAYING THE HIGHER PRICE REGARDLESS! YES...How convenient that when driving to the dealership for service, my vehicle was not making any sounds. My vehicle has NEVER had one problem except when in the hands of Gastonia Nissan! Do I believe that their service team purposely damaged my vehicle? ABSOLUTELY! This is the second time they damaged my vehicle (a few years ago they ripped the fire protectant/insulation in the hood and refused to take accountability for it) but don't worry, there will NOT be a third incident because we will never take our vehicles back to Gastonia Nissan every again. I am absolutely disgusted by their dishonestly and lack of accountability. I will be advising ALL family/friends to take their business elsewhere too.

I'm happy to say that the majority of the time, we absolutely hit that mark, and when we don't, we do everything in our power to make it right. I'm sorry that you feel your experience didn't match up.
Rip off
I had a water leak. I had a 3:30 appointment my car was checked and given back to me by 3:47. That is a ttotal of 17 minutes. Within the 17 minutes they performed an inspection which determined the sunroof drain was clogged. The solution remove debri from the drain. I was charged $140. I did not have any new parts added to my car. They then proceeded to say I had an oil leak. I had an oil change at a Valvoline the previous Monday two days before hand. I took my car back to Valvoline I had five men look at my car under the hood and under the car. Not one leak was detected. Every time I take my car to this Nissan something new needs to be replaced or something new is suggested for way too much money.

Shopping for a 15 passenger van.
My family went to Gastonia Nissan to buy a 15 passenger van. They were one of the few places that had one. After driving there from Forest City NC and looking. We settled on the vehicle and a price. Came back the next day to get the vehicle and they would not honor the price they gave me the day before and the price they said they would hold for us. Very disappointed in how this dealership handled this.

Bought my son his first car took it home that week first week check engine light came on brought it to the dealership couldn't fix it had to bring to dodge fine went home two weeks later car died called Nissan told them i was told by the manager you get what you paid for so didn't want to help only willing to take care of the diagnosis and nothing more 3 weeks with the car bad customer service don't care about the customer only the money so watch out buying a used car from there they will screw you

Greatest Salesman Ever
Phillip McSwain was my salesman.I called him after hearing commercial on the BOGO plan.He found me a better than ever deal and answered and returned all phone calls immediately. Even though a problem arose,which was of no control of Philip or myself, that could've ruined everything, Philip vowed to me he would get me an even better deal and he delivered 100 percent!!! Not only the best salesman I ever met,but someone I can call a friend!!!!
