My daughter bought a 2013 BMW 529i here. She had it less than a month and the blower went out on the climate control. I thought a dealership with their inventory and service dept would surely back it up since she only got to run the air 4 or 5 times nope no help whatsoever. They DO NOT stand behind their cats and refused to do anything to rectify the situation. So if your expecting great service after the sale I wouldnt, no service, no standing behind their product?? Now you've got the right place

Got the car, but they didn't make it easy

Entire process was done via email / text / phone since I'm not local and wasn't planning on making a trip to see the car in person. The entire experience was extremely frustrating. The first sales person was a nightmare to work with. I made a reasonable offer on the vehicle and he said it was far too low and they would be taking a big loss. Finally he told me he would "think about it" FOR A WEEK. I'm not desperate for a car so I play his game and wait a week... and then two weeks. And I never hear back from him. So finally I reach out for an update. I'm told that person isn't available to work with me because he's out sick. Later I'm told he's out due to family issues. Later I'm told he has actually been fired. Who knows what the truth is. So I start the negotiations over with the new sales person. He tells me my reasonable offer is too low and they would take a loss on the vehicle and makes me a counter. But interestingly enough one day later the vehicle's price on the website is reduced.... TO BELOW THE OFFER I MADE. Needless to say I was irritated. We finally agree on a price and eventually after some further delays, they ship the vehicle to me. There are some minor issues with the vehicle but I'm just content being done working with the company and I don't bother bringing up the minor issues they failed to disclose to me. I go to get the title work done and it turns out they failed to properly complete the required documents. I have to ship the title back to them to get it corrected. They down play the issue and tell me that I really should have noticed this sooner. I reminded them it wasn't my job to make sure they did their job properly. They return the title to me and I request reimbursement for shipping costs. They tell me shipping wouldn't have been as costly had I noticed sooner. They then tell me they'll "see what they can do." A day goes by and my contact tells me I can seek reimbursement by mailing a request to their accounting team but their max reimbursement isn't enough to cover shipping. At this point I've spent hours running around trying to fix the mistake they made so this isn't an acceptable answer. I ask for contact information for his manager but he tells me I can just "try calling the store to talk to someone" I call the store and explain the issue and within a matter of minutes the manager informs me a check will be mailed to me. No further action required. If this is the last interaction that I have to have with this business I'll be very grateful. This entire process took exactly 62 days, and that's assuming the check is actually mailed to me and I don't have to follow up to be reimbursed. Terrible experience. I've never had to work so hard to give someone so much of my money.

Cool and rude

After purchase questions were met with rudeness and frustration. My 2007 BMW needed major repair ONLY 1 week after ownership. I didn't purchase extended warranty but the situation could have been handled better. I don't recommend.

Worst customer service ever. George is a liar and a joke. The GM, James was even worse. Don't waste your time. Go somewhere that is extremely professional. Professionalism is a must.

George was very helpful in my decision to buy this car, but sometimes follow through with promises were lacking. Still after a week my trade has not been paid for and the car I bought is still being advertised. They assured me there is no problem but I never saw the completion of the sale go so slow. More communication would be nice.
