    I just bought my 3rd car from Juan. I talked to Juan in the afternoon about my lease being up. By that evening I drove away in my new 2017 Prius! I love it! Juan listened to my needs in a car, my allowance for a car and I really wanted to own the car . He answered all my questions. Figured out what car would fit me best! I'm completely satisfied. I would recommend him and the Escondido Dealership to everyone. He is very honest and personable. He has followed up with me. Also, answering any questions I have. He is 5 stars all the way!!

    From beginning to end, my experience at Toyota Escondido was far and away the very best experience I've ever had buying a car. I was treated so well by an incredibly professional staff. I just can't say enough good things about Antonio, Juan, and Jim. Myself and my husband were on the road in our beautiful new Camry in ONLY 2 HRS AND 45 MINUTES!!!! and talked about this awesome dealership all the way home! I would HIGHLY recommend. A+++++++++++++++++++++++

    I would give Hector zero stars if I could, he is super rude and unprofessional. Super shady when I confronted him with an issue. He had no reasons to as why it took them a month to get me financed and still can't get the job done. They want me to pay on the car I traded in which they've had for a month which has accrued late fees now because they refuse to pay it along with the truck I am trying to finance. Horrible.

    This is my first time buying a vehicle. When arriving after making an appointment about 3 hours before arriving the sales person was not prepared. The vehicle I was set to test drive was in a lot surrounded by vehicles with dead batteries. After not being able to leave with a car I had made an appointment for a later date. When arriving for the second car to test drive the ac did not work on the vehicle and the condition of the vehicle was not presentable. After almost having to walk out of the dealership and go to another one they were able to give me a third corolla. They promised to make things right by offering an accessory and mailing me a gift card. To my surprise i thought this awful experience had ended but I was wrong. The next day i receive an email confirming they had emailed me instead of mailed like we had discussed before. I am not sure the reason for getting my mailing address if they werent going to mail as promised. 3 days later I am still dealing with this awful company who cannot keep their word for the life of them. As someone who works in customer service I would never treat my customers they way they have treated me. They stated they are for the customer but push you aside once they do what they feel is "right". What is right is keeping your word.

As a token of our sincere apology, we provided you with a complete set of all-weather floor mats and a VISA e-gift card. You trunk floor mat was not in stock and is coming to you by mail to the address you provided us. A physical Visa Gift Card was not found online through the vendors we use; we offered a physical Target or restaurant card but you insisted on Visa so you received a VISA e-card, immediately. We apologize for the upset it being an e-card has caused. We again apologize for your unsatisfactory experience, inconvenience and frustration . We hope you are enjoying your Corolla, the floor mats and the gift card.

    I had a great experience buying my first car at Toyota, thanks to Ricky. He helped me choose the right car and gave me a lot of knowledge over my new iA. I asked for something within my price range and he didn't just best to find what I needed. I want to thank him for helping me and making me feel like i as la part of the familg . I was never rushed or pressured over my decision. I'd also like to thank the 2 gentlemen that helped me go through the process, Mr. Aguirre and the new rep that's helped me sign papers.
