First time buyer experience was GREATT!

First time buyer experience was GREATT! Customer services was great, made the process fast and smooth but most important adapted and worked with the client’s preferences! Tino was very attentive and thorough with the process. Definitely satisfied with my purchase!!! Looked at many different places but this agency was the ONE!

I made an appointment on our 3-month-old Jeep Grand

I made an appointment on our 3-month-old Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit Reserve for a safety recall. The service advisor, Eileen Salazar, was rude and condescending. She asked for my zip code and then told me there was another Jeep dealership I could use in my zip code. I told her I bought the vehicle at Jack Powell and thought I would try using Jack Powell's service department. She asked for the milage on my vehicle (1,300 Miles) and then asked if I wanted to have it serviced while it was in for the rearview camera safety recall. After thinking about it, I decided to choose another dealership's service department. Hopefully I get treated better there.

Matthew and his team are super busy.

Matthew and his team are super busy. Don't bother scheduling any appointments because they are too busy. Appointment requested since Monday, I walk in today and the soonest appointments is not until March 11th and I would have to leave the car there for 2-3 days to see what's Wong with it.

Bought a jeep at the end of August and after 2 1/2 months

Bought a jeep at the end of August and after 2 1/2 months we still have not received the registration. My husband has called and left several messages but no one will return his call. No one will answer the phone to the department that is supposed to handle the registration. He called other departments hoping for help, but no one is interested in helping.

WATCH OUT FOR JAIME THE FINANCE GUY!

WATCH OUT FOR JAIME THE FINANCE GUY!!!!, I was really impressed with the way the sales and the management operated, and I thought Jaime was a good guy, but come to find out He lied to me about maintenance to sell me his package. You receive. 2 complimentary oil changes tire rotations. But he told me you did not and proceeded to convince me that he was giving me a good deal on 3 oil changes in the amount of eight hundred and eighty dollars. (I know how dumb am I) When I called to get the money back because I put it on my credit card, He told me now the money was in the deal and that they couldn't refund the Money! I hope You don't have the same issue, I would never give these guys my business.

If I could give the service department manager ZERO STARS

If I could give the service department manager ZERO STARS I would. The service manager informed me more than 6 months ago that the part I need to make my 2023 Jeep (Willys) function as a EVC as sold/leased to me is not currently manufactured. I tried to contact the manager around March 2024 to get an update, but got no reply. In March I contacted Stellantis the maker of Jeeps and informed them that I am driving a lemon and they put in an expedited ticket for me, but it requires me to get my car re-diagnosed at the dealership. Today, was supposed to be my appointment for that diagnosis. When I asked the service manager why he did not tell me in December that I could contact Stellantis to get an expedited ticket he informed that it’s not Chrysler policy. When I asked why, as a human to another human, he didn’t have the decency to inform he said that they were working with the engineers……………….6 months later!!!! Avoid this service department if you need big repairs. Also, this is my second major issue with this service department. Luckily my drive shaft in my old 2016 wrangler didn’t come up through the floor. I had to force them to actually look at my drive shaft, because they didn’t think the roller coaster sound my car (2016 wrangler) was making when my car was moving could possibly be the drive shaft. Steer clear.

I payed an oil change and they didn't do it my oil was

I payed an oil change and they didn't do it my oil was really black when I checked it. Service manager gave me a lame excuse that if the drive the truck from the back to the front parking lot it's going to turn it black right away. Also since they did the recall me truck started acting up. Told the manager and he told me that it was normal. They didn't even top off my fuels on it either. Worst place to take your vehicle to get Service. We also bought a car form them and they Messed it up. They didn't put oil on the car. The car engine got messed up because of not having oil on it. We took the car car to another dealership to some repairs on the car and they called us to notify us that the engine was done do to no oil on it. The other dealership takes videos of all the work that gets done to the vehicle so the customer Don't blame them. The Service Manager and the General Manager blamed us for that and know they don't want to be responsible for it. I WOULD DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.
