I brought my car in for a recall, the staff was exceedingly respectful, kind, profession, and knowledgeable. My representative Omar Olivera, handle the entire transaction for me. He was so awful making sure I had transportation back and keep me up-to-date on the work being performed on my car. All of the staff at this dealership are kind, courteous, and thoughtful.

Just wanted to say the people of Escondido Honda are

Just wanted to say the people of Escondido Honda are great. I believe my advisor for my service appointment was named Fernando and he was very communicative, and did honest work on my car. You can tell they value trust and customer experience at this location. I used to get my services done at the Irvine Honda and I was almost put off from going to Honda as a whole because of my final service at that location. When I needed my brakes worked on and I went to Irvine, the advisor at that location not only tried to double charge me to replace the brakes ($1200) but they tried to tell me there was no possible way to resurface the rotors on my vehicle (which is a lie). I went to Escondido Honda and after I told Fernando nothing but, “I need my brakes fixed because they are making a lot of noise”, he gave me a call back the next day after the inspection and let me know that the option of resurfacing the rotors was available, but would not fix the noise issue and if we wanted to replace the brakes it would be $600. I was going to replace them no matter what shop I went to, Honda or not, because I was aware of this already. I was just happy to have been given the option to go with the cheaper route if I wanted to, as well as Honda’s standard pricing for these types of problems. Great crew at this location with good morals and values, I will continue to get my work done here!
