Our sales rep (Ashley) was very aware of our specific wants, and found us the exact used car we were looking for. She was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful...and was diligent about finding us a car without being pushy. It was the best car buying experience we have ever had, and our first time buying a used car. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and easy to work with, and we got a great deal. I would DEFINITELY go back and would recommend this dealership (and Ashley) to others!

I brought my in-laws here this morning to purchase a pre-owned RX350. Mike Farzam was easy to work with and seemed very genuine. Can't say enough good things about him, he gets a 5. After working out a deal, we were sent to Amal Adnan in Finance. This is where our problem started and she gets a 1. My father-in-law asked a question about the charge for temp tags. I didn't hear her answer so I asked again, "what's the charge for again". Her response in a loud, sarcastic tone was "I've already answered this question, it's for the temp tags!" When you're dealing with customers buying a coffee, no less a $34k car, you don't need to be rude and sarcastic. I could have asked that question 10 times and she should have been patient and responded nicely. I won't allow someone to talk to me like that so I told her she was being rude and I could tell by her tone. She tried to play innocent and deny it. She was patronizing me like I'm an idiot. I asked her why she was being a smartass. She got up, came up to me and started yelling like a madman, asking me who I was. Well, I'm the customer who pays your salary. That's who I am. I left the office and returned to my car so my in-laws could complete the deal. If it were any other place, I would not have kept my cool like that. Perhaps the dealership should teach their associates to be patient with customers, even it means answering the same question over and over. She definitely needs to learn customer service and may benefit from a class in anger management. Based on this interaction, I definitely would not recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle here.
