I was looking for a used car and made an appointment to view one we liked. Received a text from a Shelby Colby, and texted back and forth. Called the day... before the appointment to ask Shelby a question, only to find out that she was not a "real person." I had received an email from a sales person as well, so called and spoke to the salse person, Salvador Garcia. He insisted that Shelby was in fact a real person but not a sales person and I could not speak with her. He suggested I contact a different location. Called back and ask to speak to a supervisor and eventually spoke with Clay. Clay confirmed Shelby did not exist, and that Mr. Garcia was mistaken. I asked to be assigned to a different sales representative and that Mr. Garcia apologize. After a brief hold, the call got "disconnected." I called back and ask for Clay. Clay explained that after a while, the calls get disconnect (from beginning to end, that third call with "Clay", including hold times to speak to him, our conversation, and holding to speak with Mr. Garcia, was 8 minutes). I said I would hold for Mr. Garcia, and was informed he was busy and could not come to the phone. I said I would expect a call back with an apology. Clay said "of course" and we disconnected the call. Of course, Clay did not bother to get my phone number for Mr. Garcia to call back. In my view, not a trust worthy group.
My salesman Clay was so helpful and nice that I will buy cars from them again in the future even though miles away. I have never dealt with a car dealer... this good before, and I have bought a lot of cars in my life. I would recommend them to anybody looking for a car. They handled everything including shipping the car to me. They are great guys. Call clay he???s awsome Nick
Emailed the dealership with my price request and what I was looking for, & Clay went above & beyond to help make my dream car accessible, & then some!... I am super happy with the service I received AND it feels like Christmas each one I get into my new car! Very responsove, even emailing and texting when I had time at night (after the kids were in bed)! Frequently only took 10 min or less to reply to my inquiries! I would highly recommend Lou Fusz, particularly Clay, to anyone looking for a car!

Took car in for oil change. Everything was fine except they failed to do all service that was paid for in package. Supposed to get car washed every service,... but when I noticed I was told they don???t wash cars when it is cold, may freeze door handles !??? Here???s a thought, check temperature first (was 45 degrees this day) and if it is cold, freezing cold, then wipe the water off the door handles - maybe dry whole car!! That???s service!
They where great and very helpfully. Got my car in and out in a decent time. And kept me updated on when my car wiuld be done
I stop by to have air placed into my tires was no issue. They were able to also fix two of my brunt out lights and wipers were replaced, without a reservation.... Great group of Service folks. FIAT X owner...
