It was a good experience I bought a Cadillac CTS

It was a good experience I bought a Cadillac CTS wagon. Most of my contract was done over the phone since I lived almost 4 hrs away.

This place is a JOKE!

This place is a JOKE!! Sold me car that I have had nothing but problems with! First day having it, on my way to work broke down 4 miles from home. Bad Thermostat! They replaced it after it sat in Gas Station lot all night waiting for a Tow. Something electrical has been happening also…car is a $7500 NIGHTMARE. I will\would NOT be recommending anyone to New Deal Auto! I mite go start flipping a sign that says best ‘Lemons’ in town!!

Hey John, We are never happy to hear you ate having an issue with a vehicle purchased. We understand the frustration of the thermostat. If you are still having problem and purchased the vehicle recently, we of course will stand behind ilthe vehicle. Please contact Kirk at our repair facility at (623) 225-7225. He is the general manager there and we will be happy to take care of issue you are having. Again, we apologize if having an issue, we just ask to bring the vehicle in so we can get this issue looked at right away.

I was sold a Lemon.

I was sold a Lemon. The car has not been in my possession even a month and they have not been able to fix the issues with it. Brakes grind at a complete stop and squeak, will not shift properly and the seat can not be adjusted. I could not complete a 3 hour trip up north since the car would not go past 40mph uphill and would not shift gears at all. I had to turn around and head home in fear I would break down in the middle of nowhere while on my own. I have video proof of the car not being able to climb the hill and the dealership wouldn't even take a look. This is all after they refused my trade in, refused my first loan so I had to go back and get another bank to finance and the repairs they did on the brakes, which I'm starting to believe never happened as the brakes still squeak, which the guy told me to "spray some brake cleaner and they're good to go". Repairs should not be my responsibility especially if the car is under warranty but was also told it can only be fixed by their 3rd party mechanic that they have some sort of deal with because if I was to take it anywhere I pay out of pocket or they could void my warranty so I can't even get a second opinion in the matter. It's their way or no way. Also, rude to have a man raise his voice to a lady in front of other potential customers as I tried to warn the other people in the lobby of their poor customer service. They lose nothing by refunding me my down payment and restocking the car to sell it to the next poor victim that falls for it. Either way they get their money! Also true you are forced to leave a 5-star review ,they will check before they hand you the card, in order to get a measly $20 gas card to Quik Trip.
