I've never had such an pleasant experience purchasing a

I've never had such an pleasant experience purchasing a vehicle. The dealer went out of his way to make it easy for me to choose the Jeep I wanted. The vehicle I purchased had everything I wanted, and they even drove it to my location for my test drive and purchase. The gentleman who drove it over (Cam) was so polite and friendly! It was like having a friend with me to make my choice. The price was also very good. I can't imagine going to another dealer!

My experience so far has been disappointing.

My experience so far has been disappointing. My Gladiator 2021 Mojave was in 1st in Aug for corrosion on door/hood hinges but you still have it due to many factors. I was initially told parts were in the 2nd time I scheduled in. Jeep had it for 2 weeks then I picked up as I was told photos were needed. I explained photos were taken 1st time so I scheduled off work to bring it back. Joe told me parts were in but I was called to pickup 1 or 2 weeks later as parts were not in and delayed due to strike. I scheduled to bring back in and took off work and got a call 1-2 weeks later from body shop in Cleveland asking to confirm work? I did and have not had a call back since. I have called and talked to Logan who said he would check eta but didn't call back on a Monday like he said. I called and got Amanda who initially checked me in and she said they ordered the wrong hood and were hoping to have an update later that week but I haven't heard back in 2 weeks. I am not sure when I will get my Gladiator back and never wanted it to see salt this winter but now it will. Poor service all around and I will look to sell as soon as possible but I am stuck for another 1-2 years as I just purchased in Jan. Sincerely, Brian Hilker 330-417-6291

This was the BEST, easiest car buying experience I have

This was the BEST, easiest car buying experience I have ever had! I went in with very low hopes/ expectations of getting a new anything (PTSD from past buying experiences……. I think every experience I’ve ever had) My husband and I went to just look at cars. Just dreaming of getting out of a previous nightmare car situation. Greg and everyone was so kind attentive and made the whole experience smooth sailing! Highly recommended! And I can’t thank Greg and everyone else involved enough!
