    This dealer does not honor USAA Certificates! I went to the dealer twice in one day. The first time the Sales Manager stated he could not honor the certificate because USAA had made a mistake in pricing. After I left the dealer I called USAA and they suggested that I talk to the General Manager before filing a formal complaint with USAA. I spoke to the General Manager and he stated that the dealer would honor the discount on the USAA certificate and he would let the Sales Manager know. I went back to the dealer, which is 40 miles from where I live, and then once again the same Sales Manager John Rossell would not honor the USAA certificate. So if you have a USAA certificate be aware that this dealership even though they have a contract with USAA they still will not honor it. I will be filing a formal complaint to USAA against this Dealer.

  • horrible experience

    I had to sign a contract 3 different times and each time the payment changed. Took this dealership 6 weeks to ground my old vehicle.

    I bought a car from this place not too long ago. I thought I was getting a great deal, but I paid a lot more than I should have. The salesman said there were four rebates that I did not qualify for, but did not tell me how much each one was. The add on cars.com did not say anything about rebates. There key machine was broke, so they said they would mail me my second key, but they never did!

    I called to make a reasonable offer of $7500 out-the-door on a $6995 vehicle at 1 PM on 15 January, and was told "we might not be able to meet that, but should be able to get very close. I'll make some calls and call you back." No call back. At 9:45 Am on 16 January, another sales person called me back asking about my query. I reiterated my offer and he said exactly the same as the prior sales person: " we might not be able to meet that, but should be able to get very close." No call back. On 17 January, the online price of the vehicle jumped to $8765. Still no call. I called that afternoon and the second sales person said " I think that car was sold." I asked that he check, and came back saying that yes, it was still available, so I reiterated my offer, and he said no, he might be able to get me out the door for something over $9K, but not less. After reminding him of the earlier calls, and listening to him make excuses for "what might have happened", then berate me for "not respecting him", I agreed to wait for him to research and call me back in 1/2 hour. No call back. On 20 January, called the General Manager to give him an opportunity to respond before giving the dealership a poor review, and left a message that I was told was "put right in the middle of his desk so that he'd see it first thing" and "since we open at 9:00, you should expect a call by 9:30". No call back. The vehicle has since been sold. I'll look elsewhere, with a more reputable used vehicle dealer.

    We recently visited the dealership looking for a used truck. Scottie was our salesman he was professional, helpful, and honest. I dread going to dealerships because of the pressure but Scottie made it pleasant. He explained the different options thoroughly and helped us make an informed decision.

    We were referred to this Leckner dealership by the Marshall Leckner location because they had a vehicle my daughter was interested in. We were greeted by Sales Consultant Ryan Penick and the sales process was very smooth from start to finish. The facility was bright and clean and the staff we came in contact with were helpful and friendly. There were a few small items that needed attention on the car (touch up paint, scratch on bumper) and the General Manager, Chris Modesitt, brought a loaner car to our home in Alexandria, VA, and drove the car we bought back to the dealership for service. i have never had such great service and highly recommend this dealership.

    We were very misguided by a salesman name Joe. We drove over 2 hrs for a car that wasn't even on the lot! On top of that, we were going to be charged $1500 more! What s waste! The salesman name was Joe of Lecknar Ford on Dec 23rd Very poor service and poor advertising!
