Love my new Silverado

I bought a used Silverado from Lillington Chevy yesterday. The entire process was easy and flawless. Keith, David and Dewitt made my experience a pleasure!

Absolutely Disgusting Service and Treament

I purchased a vehicle in Dec 17 from this dealership and also added an extended warranty. The vehicle subsequently developed a major issue which resulted in brake failure while I was driving with my 4yo daughter. They replaced the battery which they said was the fault, charged me $300 and it did not correct the issue. The subsequent repairs (which had to be done by a BMW dealership because this place did not have the expertise) ended up costing $1800 and the warranty was not honored, despite me being told this was a pre-existing issue. Additionally it took nearly 3 weeks for this dealership to even let me know that the warranty would not cover the cost of the repair. Despite fitting and charging me for a needless battery (which had to be replaced again in the subsequent repair) they refused to refund me the cost of it. They actually said they would charge me for the use of a loaner car that I only had due to their ineptitude and utter lack of either customer service or communication. I am disgusted and appalled at this ‘service’ and would urge anyone considering this dealership to run for the hills.

My first experience

My first experience was not how I thought it was going to be.. I was told and promised that the car I was presented would be held until a particular day and when the day came for me to meet up the car was sold. And the next offer was way more than the original with way more miles so disappointed would be an understatement. I believe its a nice place but me personally if you give me your word I expect you to deliver.

AC Tepair

Very happy with dealership but very disappointed with Chevrolet. They know they have a problem with the AC in these trucks but refused to help at all.

I am 300 miles north of this dealership...I spotted the Silverado I wanted on their website....about 20 minutes later the bottom line deal was done. Lindsey..Casey...James C..and Jeremiah were great and very knowing of their vehicles. Dave O. delivered it....this was actually a somewhat fun experience....I read about John Hiester in a few articles and watched some videos. He has delivered on his word !

Best service hands down

This was buy far the best car buying experience I have ever had. Nolan was my sales guy and he was truly amazing, helping every step of the way. As well as Jacob in financing, they both worked so hard. This is definitely my dealership for LIFE. Great people and great service.

Great Service

Great Customer Service and after the oil change was completed they washed my car and vacuum it also! John Heister Chevrolet has a great customer service team all over not just in the Service Department
