WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Highly recommend that you do not purchase a vehicle from this dealership. I had been speaking with a sales rep (MJ)... for 2-3 days about purchasing a car on their lot and had taken care of most of the negotiations through the phone. I told the sales rep that I would be at the dealership in 2 hours since I had to drive from Orange County and asked if there was anything else I needed to do before I left my house to make sure the deal was locked in. He re-assured me that there was nothing else I needed to do and the paper work would be ready for me. I receive a phone call (not from my sales rep) about 10 minutes before I arrive at the dealership letting me know that the car I was coming to get had just been purchased by someone else and then being told by (Stan) "it is what it is man... we dont have any loyalty to you... first come first serve, have a good day". I continued to show up at the dealership since I had just driven for almost 2 hours hoping that they would have another car for me and offer another deal... I was treated extremely rudely when I showed up at the dealership, the sales rep that I had been speaking to left the dealership and ignored all of my calls. There are plenty of other dealerships in the socal area. DO NOT GIVE THIS DEALERSHIP YOUR BUSINESS!!!!

Everyone who assisted me was friendly and the car buying process was efficient. I found that completing an application via secure link through email... and making an appointment to test drive the vehicle saved us time and sped up the process.

I knew the value of my car (trade in) prior to coming in yet they offered 2000 below my trade in value. When I referenced Kelley blue book, they just... said it's a reference book not to be relied on. I told them I wanted 6000 and they said if I would buy it right now, they may make the deal. It's funny how in 4 minutes, I had a 2000 dollar swing in price. I wouldn't trust this dealership. Prior to my trade in problem, I told the dealer that I was going to look at a used car at a lower price. He said he could match it. After sitting down and getting the offer, it was no where near it. Very disappointed. Felt like I was not getting the best deal nor a good deal. I would not recommend this dealership.

I was contacted by Marc via internet. We set a time for me to come in and look at a specific vehicle. I confirmed the appointment and vehicle stock number.... I show up on time and Marc hands me off to another sales person Sergio. He informs me the vehicle is still in “factory” mode and will take 10 minutes for it to be ready. When he tells me the vehicle is ready, my kids and I walk outside to look over the vehicle. The vehicle is dirty inside and out. Then, before we can look it over, the Sales Manager Pavel tells us the vehicle needs to get pulled back in the shop because it is still in “factory” settings. I then ask to look over a similar vehicle. Sergio tells me the one right in front of us is sold and we cannot look it over. After I get upset at the process he goes inside and somehow manages to get the keys to the vehicle he just told me he was unable to show me. After another couple of minutes while we are looking over the comparable vehicle, the sales manager Pável drives up with the vehicle I was there to see. He simply tells us they were unable to set it up properly and walks away. I decided to walk away at this point. Poor customer service, no accountability, poor customer retention skills! Don’t waste your time with these people. I can see why their reviews are so horrible.
Day 1...picked out car. Return next day with hubby...sales could not find the keys. We were told they would call us...they never called us back.

Danny from sales helped me while I was shopping for a used truck. He was able to answer any questions I may have had and took care of the deal quickly.
I called about a used car. Spoke with Thomas. He had to speak with someone to answer an offer I made. Said he'd call back in 10 minutes. Four hours later... I still hadn't received a call so I called again. He was with a customer. I was asked to leave my number. I said he didn't call me the last time, why would he now? So, I will wait until tomorrow afternoon.
