we had our out the door price before walking in the door

we had our out the door price before walking in the door that was why we chose this dealership even though we had 6 other dealers between us. We had financing locked in, there was no trade and yet it still took 3.5 hrs to get the keys in hand. I do understand my husband handled the negotiations beforehand as that is the one part I hate about car shopping but I was the one putting down the $20k downpayment and I was the one who will mainly drive it and yet I was the 2nd signature on all paperwork. As long as we are both on the registration it’s fine but maybe in the future ask who is the vehicle for and not still assume in 2025 that the man is the main breadwinner. Unfortunately my husband did want the window sticker he calls it the cars birth certificate but we forgot to ask before it went to get cleaned, other than that, we received everything we expected and everyone was professional. It was a lengthy but smooth transaction. The salesman who negotiated the price with my husband was not there when we picked up the vehicle but we do have to thank him for holding this vehicle for us it was the color we wanted until I could get there with the downpayment. And thank you to the sales lady that made sure I had my account set up so that there would not be any issues getting it back to atlanta

Customer oriented.

Customer oriented. Comfortable surroundings. Employees are very patient and personable. Would not consider going elsewhere. Tori Hargrove was exceptional. She was dedicated to helping us find a car that would meet our needs. She should be the gold standard for all employees. She made us feel welcomed and was cognizant of our situation and the necessity to find the perfect car. She was more than a sales person. She became a friend. Loved working with Tori.
