We bought a new Fusion and love it. We fully intended to buy our leased car - until Isaac in Financing and Sylvia Rodriguez, Sales Associate pointed out the 0% interest and, of course, other advantages to having a new car as opposed to a 3 year old one. They were both very helpful and easy to deal with. My kudos to them and to Fiesta Ford.

Super quick, convenient, priced right service.
Added fog lamp kit to my 2014 F350 XL Dually...needed the BCM re-flashed to acknowledge the addition of an ambient light sensor module installed with the kit. Contacted the Service Manage who, because of my long term history with the dealership, offered the re-flash service at minimum cost to me

Friendly staff. Quick turnaround.
Took my car in for an oil change and as usual, staff was very friendly, even early in the morning! My car was done faster than I thought and the car wash was great (and much needed).

Sticking with Ford service
I left my service appointment at fiesta Ford feeling as though my car had very good "health." All the categories checked were in the green area which means good. I'm trying to keep my 2008 Ford fusion in good shape, because I like it so much. The technician who greeted me was very kind and he also checked in with me from time to time as I waited in the customer waiting area. Leaving in a car that was freshly washed is also a nice feature.

Inspections need help
The required inspection performed to the car did not show any Internal problems with the car. Two weeks after purchased the car the warning engine light came on the dash indicating a problem. Took the car back to the dealer and found problems with the emission system and parts needed to be ordered. 2 weeks latter the parts were in and the car was fixed. The lack of a good inspection by the Ford dealer caused problems to my family as the car was a gift for a grandson graduation. The car is in the Sacramento area no problems so far.
