Jala Auto Sales

I am not a fan by any stretch of the car buying process. That changed when I stepped onto the lot of Jala Auto Sales and met George. He was kind, funny, personable and not pushy!! I found an infiniti that I really liked but asked if they would mind having a mechanic inspect it before we made the purchase. They told me no problem and even took te car in for me and picked it up when it was done. It needed very minor repairs and without me even asking, Carlos told me they would fix them with no trouble. I arranged to pick the vehicle up the next afternoon- upon arriving, the car had been cleaned inside and out, repairs fixed, and I was greeted with a friendly smile from George. This was the best car buying experience I've ever had and I would recommend anyone to these guys. Thank you!!!

Don?t go here. They have NO customer service. I found a car on their internet site. I email them to find out if the car was still available and was told that it was. I told him what I had to trade in and he wanted pictures, which I sent. I then filled out a financing questionnaire. I was then told the pictures came through. I then waited for some type of answer. Now, I live 8 hours away and it was a car that I was looking for including the color, so I just can?t pop on over and test drive the car and work out a deal, but was assured that they do deals like this all the time. I waited until the next day and texted them to please give me an update. NO response. I waited another 3 hours and ask again for an update. Finally I get a response that said ?Sorry about the delay. I spoke with owners. We?re not going to be able to do business thank you for your patience.? What??? I text back asking is there a reason, twice. Still no answer. Had a willing buyer, but NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TOTALLY IGNORED A SALE.

They were very good with my wife and I. We purchased an 01 S-10 and got a very good deal. George is a nice guy.

I purchased a 2005 Tahoe and I am very happy. My credit is challenged and I didnt know if I would get approved or not but with the help of George and Ali., they made it happen. They made me feel secure with my decision. I recommend buying from Jala auto anydau.

I have to say this is the best car experience I ever had! I have bought many cars but never been happier ! Polite friendly dealer with best service ever! The owner Issa was amazing. Went to jala autos 3/30/13 not only were they helpful they made sure we left with the car we wanted.Our credit is not to great but they went above to help us get a good rate.we left there with a payment of 356 called us 1day later with a better payment saved us over 100 $. THANKS SO MUCH WE LOVE OUR CAR.
