    My husband and I just stopped by this dealership on our way to Orlando, not expecting to buy anything right away. I was in the market for a new vehicle but figured it would take a few weeks to look around and get a good price. Right away we were greeted with a smile, everyone at this place was so very friendly and willing to help. We worked with Hans Mathes and he was the best car salesman that I have ever encountered. He did not waste our time, he showed us exactly what we liked and what was in our price range. He was very patient with us and had some great recommendations. We found the car of our dreams and got a great deal. I usually hate purchasing a new car because of all the paperwork and wasting almost a whole day sitting and waiting. However, not at this dealership, they were very quick and efficient. We were in and out in less than 2 & 1/2 hours tops, which is unheard of for me. I am usually there for a minimum of 6 or more hours. That included looking at many cars, test driving and finally making a decision. The paperwork process was fast and painless, I was pleasantly surprised. I am extremely happy with my new car and I would highly recommend this dealer anytime to all my family and friends.

    Top notch facility. Workers are extremely courteous, helpful, polite, etc. First time taking my car there and I am forever their client. We moved to the area last year and I am so glad I took my car for service there because they are the best. The waiting room is clean, comfortable, quiet, and they have plenty of choices of gourmet coffee, tea, beverages and snacks. This is the first time we took our car to get serviced and was returned clean and washed. I AM SPOILED NOW.

    I always receive outstanding customer service and maintenance whenever I visit Huston Cadillac. From my contact with Shaunah my service writer, to the time I settle with the cashier, I'm always greeted with a smile and kind words from every member of the Huston team. The service department is top notch and has never disappointed me. Never had to return for unsatisfactory work. Without a doubt, the best Cadillac dealership for both sales and service!!!

    I went in to have my car serviced and decided to look at a trade in. Our financing was approved and we were ready to sign. However, there was about a 4k difference in where we were and where we needed to be. I offered to come up 2k more if they would come down 2k. They would not budge. Even after showing them they were overpriced according to Kbb. If you look at this car here as well cars.com says this car is overpriced. I can't believe they let me walk off the lot. To make matters worse I was a repeat customer. Now they have not only lost me as a customer for car purchases but as well for servicing. Doesn't seem like smart business to me!

    Do not buy any used car here. I bought a 2011BMW x5 which brakes were bad they told my was because car was sitting for too long. It broke down the same day on my way home and the remote key never work, next they I was at the auto part fixing the brakes which cost me $260. Few days later i took the car to a certify BMW shop and they found 2 oil leak and because they pressure wash the engine I didn't notice the day of purchase , the repairs of that was $1568.79 plus $378 for a new key. All that in less than 3 week after I bought the vahicle and they just clean their hand saying that wasn't true and I have all the evidence . DO NOT BUY CARS HERE!!!!!!!!

    1st off, I paid extra to have 'the protector' put on my car and they didn't put it on. Had to bring it back. Have a 'wind noise' issue with my car that they can't fix and now they are treating my new car like it would be a trade-in. This is absolutely unacceptable. I would never recommend them to anyone, not would I ever go back there. Absolutely horrible dealership. And, I'm not getting any satisfaction from GM.

    Very pleasing. It has been a long time since I have been in a dealership that has treated me this good. It's amazing how the staff could read my mine in knowing what I needed or should I say the Caddy needed. But it's ready to go on a trip and hopefully it will be a good one. Thanks to all the staff there you are one of the best, Jug Gill

    I bought a new 2016 GMC Sierra 1500 truck. The truck is immaculate. I have no complaints whatsoever. The air conditioner does seem to cool the truck down slowly but beyond that it runs great. I would wash the truck about once a week, come on, you know how it is, this is a new truck, this is your baby. I took the truck in for regular servicing. After bringing it home, I let the truck set in the drive way for four days. The weather was awful, it was raining on and off for three days. On the fourth day it stopped the sun came out and I went out to wash and wax the truck. I found a scratch on it I thought about calling the dealer but what would be the use, so I buffed it out with some mild compound. Now you really have to look for this scratch. It's on the back door and almost as long right under the trim. I don't think it's from a car bumper, none matchup that i can think of. Maybe from a scouring pad the green kind you would use on a Teflon pan. I let it go. My regular service came up again and I let customer service know about the scratch. When I got to the dealership I was met by customer service and also young lady. She gave me a rather long suspicious look, this obviously put me on alert. She introduced herself and started walking around the truck taking notes. She pointed out a scratch or what appeared to be a scratch on the bumper. Now remember had been raining off and on. I figured out what was going on that the dealership was going all out to protect itself. I explained to her emphatically that I was not here to try and get a free paint job, or finagle some kind of financial gain. I only wanted the dealership to understand what happened. That's it that's all. She seemed to accept my explanation and finished her examination of the truck rather quickly. Since then I have had several regular service and maintenance appointments and have had no trouble at all. Will I let them wash my truck again, I think not. I only wish that I could have proved they did it. But alas I cannot.
